Where do I even begin
Management in this district as a whole is laughable, but this store in particular seems to be cursed. Managers are assigned for a short term and then moved to a different position, and even when the store has an official manager they barely do their jobs. Getting somebody to answer the phone for any type of issue inside the floor is an Olympic feat, and asking for support when things go wrong on the floor is like asking to tour the titanic. Shift supervisors are given too many responsibilities, not enough authority, and no backup from upper roles.
The building itself is poorly maintained, disgusting, and something is constantly breaking. Between clogged moldy pipes and overflowing drains that smell like sewer, fridges that havent been cleaned in or under in who knows how long, and employees who do not care at all about sanitation and health codes I wouldn't want food I intend to eat being prepared here.
And then there's every customer's favorite barista, yet every baristas most dreaded coworker, Jennifer. A partner of nearly 20 years Jennifer is the most tenured member of staff at this location, and yet somehow still the most incompetent. Jennifer has no concept of appropriate volume, especially early in the morning, minimal grasp on what is or is not appropriate to say to customers and coworkers, and requires constant babysitting and micromanaging to accomplish even the simplest of tasks. Jennifer is passive aggressive and insulting to other partners as well as customers, and resolves to melt downs when her behavior is addressed or someone chooses not to invite her to a personal event outside of work. Jennifer sprays bathroom cleaner on food surfaces, refuses to follow proper protocols on any station especially when warming food, and cannot make drinks in less than 5 minutes or correctly. How this person still has the job I will never understand.

The manager Hailey has helped me more times than I can count. Even when I wasn't as able to buy the most expensive products and coffees, I was still a valued customer. Some places don't want to deal with you unless you're paying a lot or buying really expensive stuff. The place is always very busy in the Drive-Thru and inside as well as outside on the patio. The patio has seats and plugs to charge your phone or tablet or iPad are extremely plentiful. It's very relaxing to sit on the patio outside under an umbrella or in the chairs. So, plug your phone or tablet in and just read a book or watch people. I recommend this Starbucks to anyone. Whoever does the hiring does a great job because all the employees. All of them have been extremely happy and fun to talk with and have good ( for a rated "D") coffee. It was amazing. Try those samples and choose a different type of coffee than you would normally would drink it. You'll enjoy it. Erin is the other manager that has been so helpful and amazing. I can say as a manager of a different restaurant that I have noticed these employees all doing their side work and constantly staying busy. I always enjoy coming here. Come, have a coffee, people watch, sit outside or inside and listen to the great music they have playing. I would most definitely recommend this place if you're in Tallahassee and just want a coffee. Try the drive through, it's very quick and convenient. I would recommend this place to family and friends. I'd recommend it to you, the general public. If you enjoy coffee, come here,try it. From the time she took our order till the time she gave us our order, were IMPRESSED! It feels good to finally encounter someone understands good customer service is essential! It was almost like watching myself so experiencing the same type of service that I provide when I'm at work was very rewarding! I didn't want to ask her name because I didn't want her to know that I wanted to do a review, but she was in the drive-thru Sunday morning and she had on a black hat with some words on her apron. I didn't get all the words but I think coffee master was on there! This will be our ONLY Starbucks location unless we're out of town!
