Response to owners response: LIES! I have concrete evidence of my visit to your establishment. My credit card statement clearly shows a charge from your restaurant (picture added below). I find it disappointing that instead of addressing my review's content, you've chosen to question my presence. My review was a DIRECT reflection of my experience, and I maintain its accuracy. I would have preferred a response focused on improving your customer service and addressing the issues I raised than anything else. Your response solidifies my opinion in that you guys could care less about customer service. Terrible terrible service folks!

Original 1-star review: I want to first point out that their pizza is PHENOMENAL! Like one of the best tasting pizzas I've ever had. But for as good as it was, the same can't be said about the service, which was piss poor. My child and I stood at the front counter waiting for direction, for what seemed like 10 minutes! Mind you, they weren't busy at the time we came, so not sure what that was about. Anyhow, I had to stop one of the employees who was one of three employees behind the counter ignoring us if we should seat ourselves, or wait to be seated. As there was also no signs posted to direct newcomers. All of a sudden another gentleman came up handed us a menu and briefly told us to order first before being seated, before walking away. After we looked at the menu and made our selection, we stood at the counter being ignored again until someone FINALLY stepped up to the register to take our order. It seems like there's tension between the staff there. As we were eating our food, I took notice that none of the employees work together as a team. They didn't speak to one another the entire time we were there. Also, I took notice of how other people were being ignored as they were either picking up orders or dining in, as a result of their dysfunction. The staff doesn't seem to care about providing good customer service. They seem to take the: "Our pizza is good, we don't care about anything else 🤷🏾‍♀️" type of attitude. I would recommend their pizza for take out, but nothing else. I bet the Dominos Pizza (next door) could provide a better overall service. As newcomers, from very far away, this was a shitty experience. You guys need to step it up. If you don't have time, or don't want to man the counter, a simple sign, conveniently placed menus, and bell would do the trick. The sign could read: grab a menu, ring the bell when you're ready to order, then seat...

V pizza features true, authentic Napoletana pizza - with ingredients sourced from Italy! You can taste the difference with these ingredients, resulting in a delicious artisan pizza! We ordered a few pizzas to try, some wings (amazing!) and they even had a few delicious cocktails as well!

The Cryin’ Hawaiian wings were my absolute fave. They toss the wings in a pineapple, brown sugar, and spicy Calabrian oil (made in house!) that were the perfect balance of sweet and spicy! We also tried the V’s signature wings that are seasoned with fresh lemon, rosemary, garlic, and topped with caramelized onions 😍

Now the pizza… I quite literally couldn’t get enough of it. They have two ovens (Amore and Felice), if you like your pizza a little crispier, you simply ask for them to “make it with love” which would indicate that the chef will need to cook it in the Amore oven❤️

First up - the Salsiccia! Topped with spicy Italian sausage, bell peppers, onions, and that delicious Calabrian pepper oil. It has the perfect level of heat if you’re looking for a little extra kick in each bite!

Next up - for our meat lovers, the Carnivora! Loaded with delicious imported meats, including pancetta, sausage, we added pepperoni, and topped with onions and peppers. They really don’t hold back on loading up the toppings, so you don’t miss a thing with each bite!

Now for our fave…. The Mac-Attack! I’m not one to typically stray from a classic pizza, but this looked to go not to try… and it ended up being the winner of the night! It’s topped with their homemade pesto Mac-n-cheese, a homemade cheese sauce, pancetta, Gouda, and basil 🤤 one word: OBSESSED. Could not get enough of this pizza!! Do yourself a favor and order this pizza. You’ll thank me later!

And I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the cocktails! The bartender made an awesome reccomendation to try the disappearing limeade, with freshly muddled black berries and basil. Light, refreshing, balanced, the great makings...
