DO NOT GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOUR BUSINESS. Terrible experience – Bartender needs to be fired. * after scrolling through the reviews, I can see this isn’t the first time this bartender has discriminated a customer!!*

My coworker’s and I visited Paddywagon last night, and the experience was absolutely awful. We were there for all of 10 minutes before we were forced to leave due to the bartender’s shocking behavior.

It all started when I accidentally handed her my expired ID (my birthday was just last week, so I grabbed the wrong one). I immediately realized the mistake, apologized, and provided her with my valid, current ID. But instead of handling the situation professionally, she refused to accept my valid ID. Things took a disturbing turn when she became aggressive, rude, and began threatening us.

She accused me of being a “felon” simply for having two forms of ID, which is completely absurd. Then, in a disgusting display of unprofessionalism, she started using racial slurs and made threatening comments about calling the police to have me “deported.” For the record, I was born and raised in the U.S., with my entire family from New York. Her remarks were not only unfounded but blatantly racist and discriminatory.

The bar was practically empty – just 4 people inside on a Friday night – and it was clear this bartender was bored and looking for a power trip. Her behavior was disrespectful, demeaning, and she clearly had no regard for basic decency or customer service.

If this is the type of person Paddywagon hires, I strongly recommend everyone stay far away from this place. This bartender should be fired immediately. There’s absolutely no excuse for the way we...

If you are a local or visiting from out of town, do NOT support this business!! Was with my friends, who are Asian, here last night and the Bartender, Kalyn, racially profiled our friends and demanded to see my friends green cards or passports and refused to serve them because they could not produce those documents, even though they were able to produce VALID Florida drivers licenses.

She then proceeded to kick them out and refused to let my friend's husband, who is Caucasian, pay for his beer and told him to "get the F out of her bar." This establishment should be ASHAMED of themselves and this bartender should be fired and never allow to work in the service industry.

This establishment is right in the heart of Central Florida's tourist district near Disney Springs, where people from all over the world come to visit. Most importantly, it is not a bartender's job to check on someone's immigration status. Only if they are using a passport as a means of ID, which my friends were not. Even then, you are checking if someone is of legal drinking age and that is it. This is discrimination of the highest order. Unless this business rights this wrong and can assure that their guests will be safe and never experience anything like this again... I DO NOT...

You can always count on this place to be clean and have great bartenders to give you suggestions if you don't really know what type of drink you're wanting. The place has a great music vibe and give you that local feel. It's hard to keep that feel with an industry scene that Orlando has. You're a tourist? They don't care, you're a local now.

I've met the owner Mike a few times, always remembers me, great guy who cares deeply about his establishment(s) [there's more than 1], cares about his staff, and WILL NOT bullS*it you.
