Vincenzo's Pastaria — Restaurant in Florida

Showed up here a little before 6pm today, Monday. There was no one dining inside and an aged couple just sat outside to begin their dining. I ordered a veal parmigiano but instead of spaghetti, I wanted, asked for and paid extra for penne vodka in pink sauce. I was told the order would take 25-30 minutes. After 30 minutes, was told 10 mins more. After 10 minutes was told 7 minutes more. Stood inside there frustrated, tired and the order was still not ready after 7 minutes. Even the elderly gentleman who was dining outside came inside to check on his order and was told 10mins more, he was definitely not a happy camper and I too felt for this guy. I left there 55 minutes later...yes...it actually took 55 mins from the point of ordering to receive my meal...one meal!!! Got in the car, son opens up the meal to realize it's the wrong thing!!! 🧐🤬🙄...I go back into the restaurant, told them it was the wrong order to non-chalantly be told, oh ok we'll just go ahead and make you another one... 😣😱😖. To which I responded that I had just waited 55 mins for this one, she actually seemed surprised 😒. I ask for a refund and of course had to wait yet some more, for the bald dude to issue a refund and was only refunded the cost of the food, asked about the tip amount that was also added to the credit card because I was already pissing vex to which he responds, "Oh, I didn't give you a refund for the tip, sorry about that" and he just walked off and left me standing there...seriously, I just spent an hour waiting... for the wrong order and you still thought I'd want to tip you for your utmost deplorable service? I am soooooo disappointed in the service of this establishment and the don't care attitude of the staff members. To those with the patience for this type of nonsense, hats off to you but it certainly is not a place I care to...

Excellent NY style pizza done right!

First visit here and I had been given the idea that it was really good and what I had heard sure was true.

They are a super busy pizzeria and restaurant. We came in relatively early in a Friday evening and were quickly seated as the restaurant quickly filled up. Take out orders were hopping as well and I can see why.

My wife and shared some apps and their chefs salad and it was super tasty and huge.

We also shared their large deluxe pizza (pepperoni, sausage, peppers and onions). It was AWESOME!! It stood up to the fold test perfectly.

I highly recommend for a great pizza.

The reason I didn’t give it 5-stars is because I was kind of grossed out by the bathrooms. The men’s room wasn’t clean. I had to care for primary business (#1), so used the urinal, but the bathroom was not clean - granted it was a busy Friday night. Others had used the bathroom for secondary purposes (I’ll assume you know what I mean) and the toilet was really nasty.

I have been eating at this restaurant for about 6 years, and I have thoroughly enjoyed there very delicious food items on there entire menu. But the one bad thing about this place is the service can sometimes be so bad ( even on a slow day ) that they completely get the order wrong or screw it up so bad, one person gets there food 10 to 15 minutes after the first plate has already came out, and if that's not bad enough the waitress is not very apologetic to the suffering you are going through. And forget about getting a refill! I just ate in there last night and had the worst service I have ever had or close to it. I ended up taking my order home because everyone else was done with there meal before my meal came out ( due to a mistake on there part )and they did not try to compensate in any way. I believe this waitress was new, but if she needed training, she should have had someone watching over her! The only reason I am giving it a 3 star is because the food is so good and the service is usually better but this sort of thing has...
