Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

KUDOS TO THIS YOUNG LADY BY THE NAME OF COURTNEY EVERY SINGLE TIME THAT I GO IN THERE TO GET SOMETHING DONE AND YOU'RE WORKING AT THAT STATION YOU ARE THE BEST BABY GIRL KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. THERE'S ANOTHER LADY WHO USUALLY WORKS IN THE AFTERNOON SHE DOES AN AMAZING JOB AT THAT STATION AS WELL SO KUDOS TO HER I'M PRETTY SURE SHE KNOWS WHO SHE IS. TO THE GENTLEMAN THAT MAKES SURE THAT THE WALL WAS NICE AND CLEAN AND ALL SANITIZED FOR US YOU ARE THE BEST YOU KNOW WHO I'M TALKING ABOUT. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST MR MICHAEL YOU KNOW EXACTLY HOW TO RUN THAT WAWA TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY BOSS MAN THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERY SINGLE THING THAT YOU DO. This place is awful. If you want food or coffee you have to order on a computer. This is fine except their ordering system did not work properly. Everytime I would try to add something to my order it would delete the previous entered item. I tried for TWENTY minutes while the employees stood there and watched me struggle with their faulty system. You had to go to a different computer to order a coffee. I gave up and left as the employees who refused to help and stood there watching me and did nothing. My suggestion would be to either get an ordering system that works. Or better yet train the employees that you are paying to actually work and not stand there and stare at people. Good way to lose business. I will NEVER go to a another Wawa. They are...

We go to this WaWa every weekend. The young gentlemen behind the counter on weekends is absolutely fantastic. However, there is one man behind the food counter that ruins this entire WaWa for us. If we ask a question about an order or today, when the ordering computers were down, he always starts snapping at us. Today he told us how short staffed they are. We are in the service industry, we understand that, completely. All we did was ask about the computers. We chose to leave while he was snapping. The manager of this place is amazing too. This guy behind the food counter ruins it for us every time. Such a shame! I don't think the manager promotes...
