Poor customer service! When I got home I realized they gave me someone else's order. I drove back to Wendy's with the wrong order and my receipt. The girl behind the counter said "we thought you'd be back" Not "I am so sorry" NOT any apology! They claim that they made new sandwiches because it had been about 15-20 minutes that the sandwich I ordered had been sitting. I asked if they could also give me a hot fresh order of fries because the ones in the bag from the wrong order are now 20 minutes cold. The girl said "I don't think we can do that" She checked with the manager on duty, who told her that she needed to call the general manager on the phone in order to see if she could give me new fries, because after all... I did get the fries that I ordered. I waited for a while while the young lady behind the counter went to hide with the manager and discuss my ridiculous request, and probably the fact that I couldn't believe this was such a big deal! After being ignored for several minutes, I called out the the manager on duty and asked that she please give me hot fresh fries for my order. She said fine and the young lady behind the counter scooped fried into the container and put them in my bag. When I got home, my sandwich was not hot, in fact it was almost cold and the fries were barely warm. I wonder if they remade the sandwich or just pretended to...If it is such a big deal to give fresh fries, I can only imagine what would happen if they had to throw away a chicken sandwich. Read moreAfter posting the below review, finally a manager came to tell me that she's been working since 6AM so due to this emergency she is closing this Wendy's location early tonight. Perhaps this Wendy's needs to hire more people? Now there is only 30min left before any nearby Wendy's locations closes so if I was communicated with earlier I wouldn't need to be rushing in this rainy weather. Hopefully this manager gets some sleep.
Please note I saw at least 3 different women working here. Unfortunately the customer I was picking this up for wasn't able to get their order, and due to the lack of communication at this location, the next customer I was delivering for was not able to get her order on time at a different restaurant either. Which means I drove to this city for absolutely no reason and lost money in doing so, instead of the two tips I was going to earn. This is my way of making a living, so it's truly upsetting that 3 different people suffered consequences because not a single woman at this location was able to open a window and simply speak.

Unfortunately I didn't catch her on video.. There's a heavier woman working here who I assume is acting as the manager at this Wendy's location. It's an hour before Wendy's closes (11pm) and I have been waiting at the window for about 20min now.. after I beeped my car she looked at me and smiled. I'm hearing I think a television in the back? I'm not sure what's going on and I haven't been communicated with so I don't know if this Wendy's closes...
Read moreHave had multiple problems with this store. Out of the last 8 visits only 3 of them were ok. I don't understand what it is now in days but I was taught customer service is everything. There's a different between a Karen and someone who just wants to get what they paid for. Even got lied to while manager was standing right there. Also was super upset bc got a nugget meal and there was no sauce even though both parties were on agreement. So had to turn around to get the sauce to eat with cold food. Sat trying to use the app one time for over an hour. Come to find out they just wouldn't accept the order even tho it was almost 3 hours to close. And the very last time I went it was a couple months ago I went there at 8:45pm and told that they were closed but there were ppl talking thru the drive thru window. And I can never understand why there aren't any frostys at night? Ive worked Dairy Queen in the past and have had to clean whole soft serve machines nightly. And that only took me 20 mins at max. Seems like every time I go there past 7:30 one of the frostys r out or all of them. My biggest one now is why can't I have them mixed together if I pay for it? Instead of a plain out "NO"? Venice has some of the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. From Walmart, Walgreens, to Wendy's, Publix.
