Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

This was the most horrific experience I have ever had at this restaurant. I stopped in to get dinner like I do about 3 times a week after work, I was greeted by the young lady and told she would be with me shortly, there was an associate I guess trying to order his food for break after over 5 mins the young girl came over and asked him to please hurry since a guest was waiting at which he stated don’t rush me and that he wasn’t going to hurry for no one. This was the most pathetic customer service I have ever seen to make customers wait and then state that customers weren’t important enough to hurry so they could be taken care of. He got a major attitude when I complained and just had no care in the world about his attitude and the customer. Mind you I come to this Wendy’s every morning for breakfast and at least 3 times a week for dinner. After this kid’s attitude and total disregard for customers I will NEVER go back to this one! I will just take my money to a competitor who knows that their customers...

This Wendy's has been notoriously bad for years. Rushing orders and always getting them wrong. Last night my wife and I gave it another shot since we found out it had been remodeled. I couldn't even finish ordering my burger the way I wanted it before I got the standard Wendy's response "is that all?" Uh no could you stop punching buttons and LISTEN! We then started from scratch in an effort to get the order right. After all this my wife's order was totally wrong. All she got from the young lady behind the counter was a "that's the way you ordered it." Then my wife pointed out on the receipt that the order was incorrect. After she realized the order was wrong. She offered to take it back. But after this ordeal and her attitude. My wife said "no, that's ok I'll fix it when I get home." The young lady responded "oh well" and just walked off. I hope these people aren't being paid $15 an hour for doing a $2...

Wendy's at argyle Forest Blvd is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I went through the drive thru to be told I needed to come inside. So I parked and went inside to find the employee's play around not doing their job. And the 1st thing I see is the girl employee with her hand down the front of the male employee's pants tugging on him. Then I was told the lobby was closed and I needed to use the drive thru. I wouldn't have eaten there now after seeing what was going on in their. But to tell me drive thru was closed come to the lobby then go in the lobby to be told the lobby was closed to use the drive thru was crazy as I walked out the girl locked the door. Ifeel as it was racist. That's my opinion. I called the next day the lady said the manager was working the drive thru then tells me she is the general manager.
