Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

We moved to key largo in august this year and have visited this location 4 times since. Today is October 28th. Each time they have NOT given us our order correctly. Each Time!!! What are the odds of that???? I supposed you can expect it when you have an entire staff more concerned about their personal lives while on the clock than being concerned with doing their jobs correctly. Treatment is as though your an interruption of their work rather than a key component of their business. Forget calling to complain. No one will listen or answer the phones for that matter. That sign on their building is False advertisement since quality is certainly lacking if not totally absent. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star rating but needed to in order to post this. Eat at your own risk people because you never know what your going to get. Better yet just keep driving and go somewhere else is the better bet. I know they can do better. They just...

After ordering at the drive thru, we pulled up to the window to find no one was wearing a mask. Then we witnessed a young lady making our sandwiches with no gloves. We had to ask for our meal to be remade with gloves. We ordered a vanilla iced coffee and the gentleman handed us cold brewed coffee and told us we had to ask for creamer and sugar. We did order a vanilla iced coffee so I do think that suggests cream and sugar to be added. Following that, we received our new order and the cheese on our sandwiches appeared to be slapped on and still solid. It was not melted at all. Money wasted.

Overall, our experience was not good. We are still in a pandemic, so mask should be worn. The gentleman taking orders did not have good listening skills and the young lady making orders is unsanitary as she is not wearing gloves.

They can’t count bills for nothing and can’t even serve their food right. First encounter that was horrible and painfully stupid was getting lunch, I ordered three sandwich combos all medium and a 6 piece. Came out to 32$ gave the lady a 50 dollar bill, she hands me back 20¢. Had to bring the manager over to count out the money she didn’t pay me back. Then I order food multiple times and yet I still don’t get my full order, no sauces that I had to pay for (ghost ranch which is about 31¢ each and I got 6) and believe it or not no chili that I had also paid for multiple times. If you want Wendy’s you might aswell wait till isla cause there is no way in hell your gonna get your food on time or even fully complete by the time you get your “food” do...
