Honestly this Wendy’s doesn’t even deserve the one star it’s insane how rude and unprofessional they are at this Wendy’s i went thru the drive thru at about 11:25 pm on Friday January 19 i waited in the drive thru someone took my order when i was done doing my order they stayed completely quiet i waited for about 5 min then someone else starts talking and tells me i have to repeat my order all over again bc they were doing a staff shift change i get upset and proceed to the window i was in the window for about 5-8 min no one bothered to come to the window and even ask if i needed something i go ahead and beep to get someone attention and they just looked lost another lady that looked like worked in the kitchen was walking around doing nothing giving bad faces then i ask for the manager and im expecting for a conversation with just the manager since she is the one “in charge “ when the manager comes to the window i ask her i don’t understand what’s happening the drive thru is empty you have no customers and my order is very simple all the employees crowd over her on the window and start listening to the conversation a customer is a customer they should come first since you’re serving customers i understand there is staff shift changes but just because you have a staff change doesn’t mean you can complete my order i think the right thing to do would’ve been to tell that employee to finish that order and then he could go home but I’m not suprised bc with this Wendy’s it’s always something it’s so sad that they do absolutely...
Read moreSaturday, 4/16/22 at 9am. Placed my order in the drive thru. I drove up and was told to pay at the previous window. I politely explained that the posted sign read "drive up". I guess the cashier was in the restroom. When cashier returns he sticks his hand out of the window. Zero eye contact. I know how this works so I hand him my payment. He charges me and barely makes the effort to hand me back my card. I found this odd, and again, the cashier makes no eye contact. It's so unfortunate that this kid has mad it this far in life without learning any common manners, not to mention basic customer service when dealing with customers. A

Read moreI went a few days ago at night and ordered the Dave's Triple Burger using the drive thru service, once I got my food based on my past experiences, before leaving the window I checked my order and this people gave me the Dave's single instead of the Triple Burger, and this is the third time that this happened to me, sad that the first 2 times I was already home when I found out what they gave me. Also everytime I go at night and after midnight, it seems that the workers have parties in the restaurant, most of the time with loud music and screaming. One time I asked a worker on the drive thru to give me a few ketchups, and trying to be funny or I don't know what he put in my bare hands like I dont know, maybe 30 ketchups?
