Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

Worse Wendy’s I’ve been to. It’s the closest to my house and I prefer driving to further locations for better service. I had a mobile order I was picking up in the drive thru. First they tell me at the speaker to move to the window. Then they tell me to move back to the speaker. Then tell me to go around again. Like I’m sorry do u pay for my gas??? No other Wendy’s makes me do this. Then they gave me someone else’s order thank god I checked. Then when they did give me my order I was missing an item and was give two wrong items. I ordered two biggie bags of the crispy chicken blt, instead I got a small bacon cheeseburger and one bag was missing the nuggets. I didn’t realize till I got home cause who also checks the actual sandwich in the drive thru. I was very disappointed. And I had to ask for sauce. What’s the point of putting the sauce in the app if you are not going to give me it. AGAIN this is the only Wendy’s that doesn’t give me sauces and makes me drive around a billion times just to get my order never going back to this Wendy’s i don’t care that it’s the closest. Customer service here is absolute trash. Went to order at the drive thru last night. Male employee wearing a striped polo (assuming it’s the manager cause he had a different top on than the other employees) gave me a nasty attitude when I asked politely why my meal of a combo, single burger, and free 10 piece nuggets comes out to $30+ prior to paying. He proceeded to read me the order and make comments with attitude stating “that’s what you told my employee I heard you” except they both heard wrong because they were trying to charge me for 3 chicken nuggets when I mentioned I had a free 10 piece through the app. He made the experience extremely uncomfortable and dissatisfied I am never coming back to this Wendy’s again. On top of that, he got my order wrong because I ordered the burger no pickles and it came with pickles. Word of advice, if you can’t handle the stress of a food restaurant you shouldn’t be working there, especially if you’re going to give nasty attitude to...

Good food but nasty service went the other day with my friend and our kids spent $45 and we had to ask for more ketchup dipping sauce because 4 orders of 10pc nuggets 3 little ketchup and 2 sweet and sour is enough and 8 people in the car 3 napkins is also enough so we asked for more and they give you a face same with the lady manager she's the 1st one. And straws 8 cups and 2 straws they said it was in the bag so we looked but nothing the face they gave because the manager made us feel like we were trying to stack up on straws lol so we handed back the bags so they had no chose but with a nasty face. And it's not the 1st time it has happen that's the sad part. But question how many people do you need at the window?
