My name is Dave & my Sister's name is Wendy...all of this is a coincidence but hey, kinda neat...anyway ⬠REVIEW CHG'D FROM 4 TO 5 STARS **ā¬ā¬ā¬Addendum to initial Review of this Windermere location of Wendy's; I have noticed an employee (during a # of visits over the past couple months) whom seems to be solely keeping that Franchise moving as expediently as is humanly possible, SERIOUSLY! Yes every employee appears to be doing their jobs (otherwise there would be no food going out) BUT the employee whose name is "Freyja" is outstanding. I see her mentoring, training & assisting other employees with their duties whilst scurrying around behind the counter & toward the cooking equipment which stretches toward the rear of the food prep area. If this were my Franchise...or I were "Dave", I would give her a raise AND a bump in position title...as I mentioned before, "Seriously!" **Disclaimer: I do not know this young woman. I asked her what her name was...yes,.I had to ask her how to spell it. If I were not Retired, I would hire her away from that Wendy's, regardless of what my business happened to be. Freyja is a Diamond in the rough, KUDOS! ā¶*In addition, an Employee named "Souma" (yeah another tough name). has assisted me with my orders a # of times. She might be a Mgr there btw. Souma is always polite, cheerful & helpful toward every customer with whom I noticed her interfacing! I ALSO heard an off-duty Fireman thanking her for always being so positive & cheerful...awesome lady...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe worst Wendyās drive thru Iāve ever used. We pulled up and she asked us to wait a minute. 5 minutes later, no follow-up from her, we started trying to find the closest McDonalds. After we found it, as a last ditch, we said āHello?!ā to the speaker. They immediately wanted to take out order. They had completely forgotten anyone was in the drive thru even though there were at least five cars piled up behind us!
We ordered a few things plus chicken nuggets, and the drive thru lady specifically asked us what dipping sauce we wanted. When we get to the second window, they handed us some of the food, with the sauce, but no nuggets. When we asked about the nuggets, they acted like we were trying to scam them for free food. Why give me dipping sauce with no nuggets?! We said donāt act like this is our mistake, weāll pay for the nuggets just fix it. At no point did they admit they messed up or apologize. It was actually a struggle to get them to take our card so they could ring up some dang nuggets.
The whole ordeal took like 20 minutes. We watched MANY cars leave the drive thru line. Not sure if itās a franchise but whoever runs this joint is doing an awful job.

I picked up my mobile order at the counter, and after the cashier put the last burger in the paper bag, the fries was already cold when I tried one. I asked him if he could change me a new one. He was very helpful, BUT, he dumped the fries back to the tray and mixed with the new fries and gave it back to me š° I didnāt say anything because he was just so nice. However, I decided to write here just to remind the owner or other customers that was happening and if the employees should pay more attention on hygiene. Oh by the way, in order to separate the stack lids, that person used his mouth to help and put the lid on my cup......And anything fell on the floor shouldnāt be put back for next use, I meant the paper bag that I saw just fell on floor. He picked it up and put it back for next customer. Well, people good luck! Anyway, I used to work in the restaurants, I might be a little too picky; however, I havenāt experienced any of these issues in any fast food restaurants before. So I was kind of disappointed.
