So while I was visiting Miami I stayed at a hotel that had a Wendy’s as well as a McDonald right next door. I thought perfect, I can easily grab a bite to eat while staying here.
I walked to the door, all of the doors were locked but I saw multiple cars in the drive through getting their food. I ask the worker, if I could get food I’m literally saying right next door and don’t have a car while visiting. She told me “one moment” I stood the embarrassed for 10 minutes without any update.
I saw the manger come to the window and yet again she wouldn’t take my order or even open the door. They had signs on the window that stated indoor dining was closed which was weird considering that everything has reopened and the website says dine-in. I just felt discriminated against because I didn’t have a vehicle for the drive through while on vacation. I saw multiple signs for delivery which didn’t make sense to me considering that I was staying literally right next door.
I’m truly disappointed and hungry. Terrible customer service. The Manager name is Luthia and I hope that in the future other customer are treating a little better and this doesn’t happen again to...

First she never did a proper greeting, second, I asked for a salad and she didnt heard me (apparently) so I have to say it twice. I'm cool with that. The thing is that when I got to the window I always check my food and I said that I asked for a Cesar salad and she said: "Next time, say a Cesar salad, you said a side salad" That was very rude" I said I asked for a Cesar side salad, that's what is called right? Then she said Yes with an attitude. That's not a way to treat clients. Somebody should teach her how to treat people. You could easily say , I'll change it for you, instead of being impolite and rude. But this woman just make me want to ask my money back and leave. Please tell her that a good costumer service is the face of a...
Read moreIt's a miracle this establishment is even open for business. I dont even know where to begin... this specific Wendy's should be just clossed down. It's not enough with Alexa being rude. To top it off I come this morning for breakfast and they closed the doors, lying about their opening time. I waited outside 43 minutes, because they said they would open at 9, which they didnt even though that's their lobby hours and they open at 6 am, then they said 9:30 and after waiting 30 minutes they still left the door closed and then said 10 and refused they ever told me 9 or 9:30. Lied right to my face. I left and went to another nearby wendys. All the employees here are coked up rude individuals with cultural and language barriers, atleast the ones placed in charge of...
