My husband and I just had a rude experience with drive-thru employee and the manager. Apart of our wait at the speaker, we corrected the person on the size of meals we ordered. He said he had understood and changed it before we drove up to the window. When we finally got attend at the window we payed him the amount that he said. When we got our bags of food I noticed that the fries were the wrong size. Then my husband got the drinks seen that the drinks were a small. My husband let him know that we had order a large combo meal for both orders. He instantly told us we payed for a small. My husband let him know that we corrected that at the speaker and he the employee confirmed the change. So we didn't understand the mix up. The employee starts to state that he wasn't the one who took the order. We let him know we would like what we ordered in a kind matter 😏 He started to give us an attitude and argue with us. Then he was going charge us an additional $5.30 for the fries which was outrageous. It would've been more affordable in our combo we adress to him that we would like the order as we ordered. Then he threatened us and said he was going to get his manager and I said that would be a great idea. Manager instantly hands him a bag with the fries doesn't let himself be seen and says "Now get out my line , your backing up others!" (The Manager) The both had poor customer service skills and were so rude. Not to mention we also waited about ten minutes ourselves in the drive-thru just to be treated that way. All our food was cold even the fries. My husband soda was flat. Just so disappointed with the service and the quality of the food. I'm a pregnant woman that.was craving some yummy Wendy's just to be disappointed smh. Please train the employees and managers better. The customer shouldn't have to be treated that way. At least an apology from the manager would've been cool. The cashiers name was Guy. I would like this resolved thank you...
Read moreLaura was rude before we could even order our food. She started out by saying "we're short staffed! You're gonna have to wait a minute." Then after item ordered she snapped "that it?" Before I could complete my sentences to inform her of my choices, she cut me off to say "drink?!"... "size?!"..."sauce?!" Because I was interrupted, I asked if she had heard the request for a cheese and bacon baked potato (which was undercooked and had minimal toppings) at which time she yelled "yeah! I got it!" At the window, she was visibly upset slamming the handles down on the Frosty and drink machines as she angrily prepared our order. She could be heard greeting each guest equally or even more rude than she was to us. I even heard a few "Jesus Christ"s under her breath. After she practically slung our food out of the window and snatched the signed receipt from my husband's hand, I calmly informed her that we were missing 2 drinks (Cokes). She sighed and said "what drinks?!" I told her what was missing and she made 2 incorrect ones. (Frostys) I told her that these were not what I ordered and told her again what the missing drinks were. She repeated it back to me wrong and I told her again. She made the right ones, slammed the lids on and gave me the drinks with a "There!" I understand that everyone has bad days, but I in no way contributed to that for Laura nor did any of the other patrons being scolded through the speaker in the drive thru. I certainly do not appreciate being treated this way. I want to add that I come to this Wendys frequently. It's convenient, clean, and I usually have no issues with the service...
Read moreSo at midnight I just got off of work, (10/20/2014) and my co worker and I decided to get something to eat, drive thru is only open. Not the issue. I wanted a biggie bag, samething I got last night. So I was trying to tell her what I wanted, now mind you I'm in the passenger and I'm yelling to the manager on duty. I wanted peach lemonade. I know you have it because I got it last night. Now I don't get how your employees don't realize minutemaid is lemonade. And you all act stupid when i ask for it. We sell the same drinks in my work. Well she for some reason thought we was playing a joke on her and she refused to finish taking our order. And had the nerve to say "bye." I don't know what kind of business you are running over there but that's not how you treat customers. I work in a restaurant. I could never treat a customer like that. No one was goofing on the lady. It's not my fault your employees don't know your products. I think you need to retrain your managers or whoever was working at 12:20 am tonight. So we went to McDonald's and it was delicious. And I know you all don't care but I think I rather eat there from now on. You just lost a customer. This place is a joke. You all need to shut...
