I would usually purchase ice cream from the Westchase location every other week or month since itâs not too far away from my home. I walked there earlier this evening and had the worst experience with an employee who said she was the manager. So I had asked her for two kids scoop ice cream on cones and she told me it cost around $9. I gave her $10 and at the same time we changed the order to one ice cream cookie sandwich which she said cost $6 instead of the two cones. She told me that I owe her $2. I was surprised because I explained to her nicely that if the cookie cost $6 and I gave her $10 then how do I owe her $2. She went off on me screaming in my face that I owe her and I was wondering why. She seems impatient and very unpleasant because someone was waiting in the line and so she was just trying to get my money and get me out the way to deal with the other customer. I told her to keep the money and I left because I was really embarrassed of how she spoked down to me infront of all those customers. I went outside to calm down from her nasty attitude and politely went back in to ask for the manager. She said she was the manager and I told her how unprofessional she was to be the manager and ask her for my change. She took out more than what I had given her and threw it on the table. I took back my money and left the extra which wasnât mine. Maybe she wasnât literate in math for her to went off like that. She said, âthanks for the changeâ then went off talking about she doesnât need my money. I was highly disappointed knowing that Iâve been supporting them for months in fact years because Iâve moved in Westchase 4 years ago. The disrespect she did to me and I had no choice but to answer her back. This manager needs to learn patience, good PR, professionalism and good work ethics! She has none..and to be the manager, she will lose a lot of customers for her aggressive nasty attitude! No matter how bad of a day youâre having, you must learn how to communicate peacefully with your customers who pays you and keep your doors open or you will never have longterm customers. Maybe I never needed your ice cream after all especially with that nasty attitude. You will not prosper for treating people this wayâŚtrust me! The owners must rewind their cameras to see how rude she was and how it started. She was an older women who was very...
Read moreI'm gluten and dairy intolerant so I'm always looking for new ice cream places to try that support my dietary needs. I came here after seeing on the website that they offer coconut milk and oat milk based options, however there was no indication on different types of flavors so I figured I would ask once there. Upon arriving I was told the only vegan options they had were in cups in their freezer. They had four flavors available: strawberry, cookies and cream, peppermint, and vanilla. There were no oat milk options which was extremely disappointing. I opted for the strawberry and after opening, it looked like the cup had been melted and refrozen at least 10 times. It was impossible to eat with a plastic spoon and was not good at all. For my vegan friends out there, save your money and time and head to...
