Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Florida

Dear Zaxbys

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. I arrived at the store intending to place an order, only to find that the ordering system was down. This was frustrating, but I remained patient for the fifteen minutes it took for the system to become operational again.

However, my patience wore thin as the store filled with customers. Several families placed orders after I had placed mine, yet they received their food well before me. When I inquired about the status of my order after a significant wait, I discovered it had not even been started. It appeared that my order was not treated as a priority despite having placed it earlier.

The situation was further aggravated by the fact that my order was ultimately completed only after every other customer had been served. I found this to be completely unacceptable, especially given the length of time I had already waited. I am even more disheartened that the manager was unwilling to offer any compensation for the considerable inconvenience and delay I experienced.

I have been a loyal customer of your restaurant in the past, but this experience has severely impacted my perception of your establishment. I sincerely hope that you will take my feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. I had given this place 5 stars originally but after my last experience this place deserves nothing more than a zero. Last month when I visited they got my order wrong. Instead of apologizing and helping me out they began to gaslight me making me seem like I didnt know how to count. When they finally realized I was short a tender the unhelpful non English speaking employee went to the back and try to hand me my extra chicken out of her hand. No box no tongs just straight raw dogged the tender in her hand and gave it to me. When I confronted her about just handing people food from her hands she began to act like I was a bother. I used to visit this location multiple times per week but now after this experience and lack of communication i will ensure to let everyone know how unsanitary and unhelpful this zaxbys is. Okay so this was my very first time at a Zaxby’s and I wasn’t disappointed!! Customer service was OUTSTANDING to say the least. Carlito and his staff were spectacular! I dined in so I could get the full experience. The sweet tea is so good (if you like sweet sweet) I do like it sweet. They added some lemonade in it so I could have it Arnold Palmer style and that fresh lemonade made it even better! Now the chicken sandwich and the fries were a 10/10 in my opinion! The seasoning was just right! The bun was to die for…buttery garlic flavor was AMAZING! The restaurant and bathroom was so clean!
