Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Florida

Went with my wife originally through drive through to grab lunch. The associate at the drive thru kept repeating my order after I told her but then ask for me to say it again as if she forgot it already. I chalked it up to being new and learning the system but after 5 times of repeating the order I gave up and went inside. Now once in I am greeted to a friendly hello and we knock out our order…I ordered a regular tender and asked for it to be tossed in teriyaki…she advises it will be an up charge…ok? Not used to that as I’ve never been up charged for it at any other location but no biggie…wife puts in her order…wings and things…up charge for both the tender sauce AND the wing sauce…then I go for the upsell on large which obviously I know there’s an up charge for that….But we get the meal…sauces are backwards…tender sauce supposed to be on the wings….wings sauce on the tenders and to boot…didn’t get the large fry..instead like 8 fries…I would also like to add that the parking lot definitely has some safety opportunities as you have to walk through drive through traffic to get to the lobby. Food wasn’t horrible, just not right and with all of the upcharges…$30 for me and my wife (I got a #2 that started off at 8.99and she got a wings and things traditional…I’ll go to...

Decided to give this place a try about a week ago, the boneless wings were disgusting, only way to put it. They tasted as if they had been sitting for a few days and very little chicken. We’ve had Zaxby’s before but this was just extraordinarily bad!!!! The location is fine and the staff was great as well, but again the food was sooooo bad!

Update: I felt bad posting this review thinking maybe since it was a fairly new location it was just a bad night so we decided to give it one more try yesterday 7.22.24 around dinner time. I will not make that mistake again!!! The girl at the window had the personality of a brick and moved like one. She was rude and dismissive and all we asked for was some Ranch, all I got was a nasty smirk and no reply. Then we get handed the food in a almost as rude fashion. We get home, no Ranch or Strawberry sauce for my son's cheesecake bites. The food was again horrible!!!! There's more chicken in Publix Popcorn Chicken Bites from the deli. For 4 people it was a bit over $60 for a fast food dinner. This weekend we had a great dinner at the Conestoga Inn with steaks and dessert for 4 people for a little over $80. Don't waste your time with this place, the food and the miserable people...

This location on Newberry Road has not been open that long but each time I have gone the experience has not been good. Today was the last straw. I waited about 20 minutes to receive my food only to get home and began eating my grilled sandwich and found that it was still raw. I was eating I noticed the texture changed and I looked and the inside was pink. I took the bun off and there was a big raw pink spot right on top as well. I also ordered a wings and things and the wings were undercooked as well. I contacted the store and they apologized and offered to remake it and give me a refund. I declined the remake and took the refund. However I will never return back to this location. I also advised the manager that if I get sick from eating the undercooked chicken I will be contacting corporate because it was very clear to the eye that the chicken was still raw and I’m sure the cook saw this before he decided to slap it on a bun and give it to me. The manager said oh well you were here during a very busy time which is no excuse to give...
