Subway — Restaurant in Florissant

I will never go back there. I ordered a chicken ceasar wrap and my son ordered a forest ham foot long on wheat. When I arrived inside there, it was only 2 people together, only 1 worker fixing the sandwiches. We waited over 25 minutes. She went to the back 3x and told the other female she needs help. We heard laughing and talking but no one still came out. Finally a young man came out following a female worker. Now we had been standing waiting. So we sat down cause its past 30 minutes now. Then people started coming in a total of 4 people. The young lady starting helping the new customers not us. So after the 2nd. Person I said something and we were helped. Now 4 more customers came in and the line is literally wrapped to the back of the store. I asked for a side of mayo, I was told they didn't have packs, the lady behind asked her about a side of mayo in a cup and she still said no, My son had to get it on his sandwich or no mayo. No one never spoke, when we entered or thank you when we exited. Horrible...

This WAS my usaul Subway, there was the nicest guy ever in this subway and he made my sandwich just right healthy selection of vegetables on my Subway Club 🥪 (he's the tall healthy guy)" revisited Dec. 26/2022 around 12:30 pm Sorry to say he is not there anymore, (Christmas holidays is not a good time not to have a job) "hope he's okay," he will be a great Assett for sure where ever he goes" I DONT Know if I will BE Coming there anymore?? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The owner knew the experience was horrible because she gave no receipt. We got 2 foot long sandwiches, a pizza, 2 bags of chips and 6 cookies. Paid $51 for it…they was out of regular cups and said was told we would be charged regular price, but still charged us for a large cup. They only put 3 pieces of bacon on my BLT. I’m mad as hell because I’m just trying to figure out how this was $51 and then she wanted to tell us what we could and couldn’t get. THEY ARE OVERCHARGING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!
