KFC — Restaurant in Florissant

KFC in general lately always messes up our order. On this day, we had a very long wait and were shorted 3 chicken tenders and a thigh of our 8 piece chicken. Their tenders are quite expensive, so this was a big issue for me. The food was all cold and not of any quality. The tenders didn't seem fully cooked properly. We ordered extra crispy for our 8 piece...they didn't have the right pieces in extra crispy, so they just threw in original for those pieces without asking me if I was okay with the substitution. So we ended up with 3 of our 7 (since they just didn't give us a thigh( pieces as original. Because we had to pull away from the window to wait, we weren't offered, nor could we request any sauces for our tenders or any condiments for our biscuits. A very disappointing visit. We had been boycotting KFC for a year after a worse experience at another restaurant and then with corporate after we complained about completely inedible food. We decided to give them another chance. No more because they haven't changed a bit. Their food is far too expensive to put up with all that you have to every time we go there. They have never gotten a family order 100% right, fresh, and hot. If you go there for much, just getting one meal, they might get it right but it seems they're always out of something or making you...

10/28/23 at 4 pm I went to this location. There were no customers in the drive through which raised a red flag, but I went inside anyway. There were 2 customers. I looked around there was an older black lady taking order at the counter looking dirty, the person taking the orders at drive through with light brown hair, bangs and a hat was swinging an empty cup around talking to her coworker instead of preparing the drink. Another employee-white guy came in from outside and went straight to the kitchen and started working without washing his hands. There was another lady in the back just walking around doing nothing but yelling, and talking to another worker. Everyone just look filthy, with poor hygiene, and unprofessional. I couldn’t bring myself to order anything from there so I just walked out. I said that I wouldn’t be back on the previous pos because of greasy chicken. But I thought since it has been almost a year it would be better. 11/21/22 went to this location. The chicken was extremely greasy. I thought Church’s Chicken was greasy but KFC is worse. I’ve been to other locations and it wasn’t greasy at all. N Hwy 67 location wasn’t like this before. I don’t know what happened. I...

This place does not deserve a rating at all. This was actually my first time coming here because I received deals in the mail. The drive thru was backed up but no one who worked there told us they were not taking orders so we were all in line waiting until we basically go tired. It took us to go inside to see what was going on. We went in there and they were not working at all. There were people on the inside who were dining in and waiting on food and drinks and you can over hear the employees being very unprofessional as if the customers were wrong for wondering where their orders are and why you have employees back there with no work ethic. Someone finally came to the front and said we are no taking any orders until or site manager get here. So the manager is not there yet and the employees where nasty to the customers and taking thier time. This site need to either be shut down or they need to do a site sweep and replace the current employees with people who actually bring work ethic. I can't be lying I mean look at the comments before me. This place is a mess. I left and went down the street to churches and .y order was done in less than 6 minutes and it was all fresh....
