I took a 14kt white gold hoop earring with diamond accents in for repair of the post on 12/23/15. When I returned to pick it up on 12/26/15 I was given a different earring and showed him the mate; he was standing there looking retarded and all of sudden he didn't speak good English! He advised me to come back on 12/28/15 after 12 to speak with the person who I paid the $25 to for repair. I returned on 12/18/15 after 12 to only be told by the same clerk that the person wasn't there. I told him this: "I am not coming back another time; that's what you told me Saturday! I am going to call the police; then my attorney and I'll be outside waiting for the police." Florissant Police arrived about 20 minutes later and when we walked in guess who was behind the counter? The man I paid! My guess is he was hiding in the back! He couldn't even lie with a straight face! He stated that "the diamond accents must have come off doing cleaning because they were only glued on" and he chuckled! I was outraged! He knew he was lying, he knew I knew he was lying and he knew the cop knew he was lying! I said to his face, "If that's what happened why didn't you put a note on it stating that? and why, if the accents came off during cleaning, weren't there any indications of accents? The earring he was trying to pass off as mine had diamond cut X's which were an intentional attempt to deceive! I told him and the cop, "I am not an idiot! I am extremely intelligent!" I requested a refund and the cost of the pair of earrings! He refunded the $25 repair fee I paid; but refused to pay for the pair. The cost of 1 earring was $119.60. As if he was doing me a favor he said, "I give you $120". Wow!! A whole 40 cents! These people have no business being in business! Wake up, people! Stop patronizing this business! They do not have "our" best interest at heart! "We" are their primary customers and the truth of the matter is they hate to see "us" coming! As far as I am concerned, I was mistreated and laughed at! However, that wasn't the greatest misdeed! The greatest misdeed was "insulting my intelligence!" They will hear from BBB!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I don't know what else to say! God bless! After thought: What the hell type of jewelry cleaner did he use that would remove diamond accents? Totally insulted my intelligence! He thought I was stupid or something! I have purchased and used jewelry cleaner for years on diamonds and diamond accents; that has never happened! Never! I am praying that God will pour out his wrath upon that business for their misdeeds! Guess what? My prayers get answered! I am going to watch that business collapse just like the walls of Jericho came...

Unfortunately, my grill just does not sit right on my teeth. Even after the guy at the counter used some kind of tool to try and stretch it (I guess that's what he was doing), it still does not sit well on my teeth. I wore it all evening when I picked it thinking it just needed to mold to my teeth. However, I had to continuously keep pressing down on my teeth to keep the grill secure in place because it kept popping up.. the grill also does not cover all 6 teeth entirely– it keeps scraping the two end teeth because it's not aligned correctly with my teeth. The guys are nice, I just feel like someone who is still practicing how to make grillz must have did mine. It's honestly not the best quality. Again, it doesn't line up well with my teeth, and therefore, it doesn't stay on. I just feel like it could have been constructed a lot better. Not sure if my mold wasn't defined enough (meaning I didn't bite down correctly) or what. But, I unfortunately won't be able to do anything with my grill because now it won't snap back on at all, due to it not fitting my teeth probably. The open faces also seem to be uneven. My first grill I bought from here I loved despite the fact that when I finally got it didn't snap in like it was supposed to & I had to fix it myself because it kept popping off. I even called & texted them to let them know and I never got a response. That's the whole reason I had to fix it myself. Eventually I stepped on it & couldn't get back how I had it. So I drove from Chicago to come to get my mold done. And when I got it shipped back it was absolutely NOTHING like my prior one it was basically a "here damn" grill he literally stated he was doing me a favor cause he did it for free but I offered to pay & he told me don't worry about it. While I was there I wanted to get my top grill & he told me 300 & for a charm I wanted was 500 when I called the following Thursday to pay he was so nasty saying I was trying to get over him. I was so confused I asked why he was bring so rude he replied he was just playing but he wasn't. They have HORRIBLE customer service!
