I'm saddened to have to give a rating like this for a Chick-fil-A, but the first time we learned they had new management or something and hoped some things would work out, well a couple weeks later our experience was even worse 🙁
Food: not same standards as other locations. Check your meals as there will likely be something missing (both times) and previously Chick-fil-A was one of 3 places I'll drink their sweet tea and I will never order sweet tea here again. It was almost like unsweetened tea and adding lots of sugar to cold tea just wasn't working out the same for 2 of our family members.
Service: service is very slow. Very unorganized. Not Chick-fil-A standards. First visit under this management we waited almost 30 minutes for our food inside. Workers behind counter seemed scattered and stressed. This time, drive thru we felt rushed when ordering. He was very short with us and kept cutting us off. It was not a welcoming feeling.
Atmosphere: inside last time, very unorganized, long waits, people around us waiting irritated, and the kids area had a sign letting parents know the ac was out, but that door should have been propped open or something because the heat from those tall windows, texas summer, lot of kids, they were basically playing in a mini sauna 🙁 this time drive thru was pushy, at the "window" they didn't seem to know what was happening, they kept asking each other if we had gotten stuff yet that we had. Took a while on things we didn't. And just not as friendly experience as we're used to from Chick-fil-A locations.
We truly love Chick-fil-A, and hate this review, but I'm hoping management can take this and help with some cleanup because social media groups are also heavily talking about their poor experiences here as well.
Also, not my experience in the social media groups, be aware, members who previously received discounts for different reasons at this location (senior, military, emergency personnel) does not seem to be honored anymore based on others recent experiences that was unexpected. If you are one used to these discounts, this location MAY not honor those any longer so be aware to not be surprised. But this last part is not my personal experience just letting others know to limit surprises, but still ask as this could be inaccurate and if I hear differently on this, I will update...
Read moreThis location was always the best until it was sold to corporate :(. I have been coming to this location for 4 years as it is close to my job. Before it was always busy customer service was A1 it was inviting and friendly there was music etc .. Now, it's horrible not only did they take away curbside ordering which is inconvenient but I don't mind going inside the store. When you walk in no one greets you there's no music playing it's a ghost town. When I finally got my pickup order the associate argued with me about what sauce was put in the bag even though I watched her, other workers were complaining loudly about the morning shift, my fries were old I've never actually had old fries from Chick-fil-A I didn't know it could happen 😅... My sandwich had a giant fatty part that took up half of the chicken sandwich 🤮. I have been going to another location for awhile now but due to time I decided to swing by.... Never again!!! The only positive thing I have to say is the location looked clean
. Editing review with new management, this location is amazing. I only have one complaint which is no curbside, but they are starting then up again on February 1st super excited, but I will say management is very kind. The atmosphere is extremely inviting, and all team members are very welcoming. The food is consistent fresh and very well made i have visited many times since my previous review and can say that I will continue to visit this location...
Read moreLove love love Chick-fil-a - but really find this one to be disappointing. The dine-in experience is usually a bit dingy. The playground is usually full of really big kids climbing on the exterior of the structure, or climbing on the poles and kicking the glass. Every single time we hit the drive-thru, we have found our food to be wrong, missing or simply cold. They pack it in a way that it's hard to tell without completely unpacking everything what is in the bag, which is a bit difficult to do in the car. They also routinely throw the sauces in the kids bags- squashing items in there. The last three times we get home and find we're missing food, we call, go back and they correct- but after a 20 minute round trip the things at home that were originally fine are now cold. Not to mention they never offered anything to apologize.
This last time, after sharing my frustration to find for the third time I'm having to come back up to the store to fix their mistake, the manager on duty offered a coupon (which will expire fairly quickly) for free sandwiches. Really!? I wasn't expecting for the entire meal to be comped, but maybe the items missing would have been a nicer gesture. Those coupons are typically handed out to pretty much everyone anyway, so it sure made it seem he didn't particularly care his customer was unhappy with his staff's service.
Sadly, we'll probably be skipping Chick-fil-a in the future, or possibly driving to...
