Epic Gelato & Craft Coffee — Restaurant in Flower Mound

Poorly run business, but pretty good gelato! If you know that it's a Saturday and you're going to be busy (10 minutes waiting in line) and you also know what your best selling flavors are, it might not be a half bad idea to make sure you have enough gelato to keep your customers happy! Especially when you charge an astronomically high price (20 freaking dollars for a quart of damn gelato!!!) To make it worse for you, I was totally prepared to pay your ridiculously ludicrous price for a quart of tiramisu, but you guys lost that sale, because you were under stocked!! I drove WAY out of my way just to get some of your gelato, so when I got there, waited in line for ever and then you were out, needless to say I was disappointed and that's putting it mildly! I don't even have a yelp account, if you need one to review businesses, but you've put such an awful taste in my mouth, I'll gladly sign up for one just to leave this exact review for you there too! In the mean time your management/owners are more than welcome to attempt to reach out to me and try to change my mind and my opinion of your establishment if you even care to do so and I might, just might edit my review... The staff seemed annoyed and made sarcastic remarks of my overstay at their shop. I went there to get some work done on a Sunday evening. It was not very busy then and even before I could complete my order the cashier noticed my backpack and started asking what I was up to. Later I noticed few customers looking at me and shaking their heads in disapproval. They were talking to someone from the staff. When I went to buy a gelato, I was given a rude service and also sarcastically told off about sitting there for a long time. There were others too who were there for a very long time. I wonder what was I doing to irk them so much.

Otherwise the gelato and coffee are good. Bathrooms are very clean. But I certainly did not feel welcome and it's a shame I have to write this review. I even signed up for their reward program. Hopefully it is a one off incident and perhaps the whole staff along with few customers were all having...

This place is amazing. Love their coffee . I have actually tried 90% of the coffee menu and they are really good.

I recommend lavender coffee, rose , raspberry and "the way" in speciality menu.

They are open till late night. Love that about them. Especially on a lazy weekend when we crave for some coffee late in the evening no other coffee shops are usually open except this one.

I only wish the seating was a bit comfortable. The sofa sometimes causes discomfort..It's not the Management's fault.. it's just that customers were not so gentle with furniture there. I wish they upgrade the seating.

Their gelatos are awesome. They are mild in sweetness and it's perfect for me. I need to hit the gelato menu soon. So far "birthday" gelato and butterscotch are my favorite. Give it a try guys.. they are worth it.
