Don't come over here! Because he doesn't care about unhappy consumers, the proprietor won't respond to you for days. The portion sizes are so tiny that their menu is deceptive, and nobody will advise you to anticipate less. In addition, he charged me without tipping his waitress. Very sad proprietor that gets upset with customers over the phone and a business that is constantly dead! refused to give me a refund, claiming that I was to blame and that he would take no action before hanging up! Now I know why no one is ever there. I've worked in the food industry and I've never seen such bad management and I've seen a lot. Would appreciate my money back!

I never mentioned what I left for a tip to the server over the phone when we spoke, even though we didn't see much of her, It seemed wrong to leave nothing to your server, but it seems that didn’t matter. I didn't know I was subbing out anything due to your grammatically incorrect menu, which you admitted over the phone that you are aware of which is the reason my traditional did not come with all of my food but yes then again I found out your portions are small even if I hadn’t been sharing that day. I can now understand how crucial the money you refuse to return to me was to maintaining the viability of the business you run, but for how much longer? Sam, there's a reason why the handful of negative reviews left by myself and other patrons on your restaurant's website exist. Our assessment was accurate.

BTW I think gifting my dad another day without coming to your restaurant would be a wonderful...

Was so pleased to find this place. Kind staff, good atmosphere, quick and attentive service, and the food is delicious. So delicious that I left a 50% tip (cash) and came back the next morning. Only, upon check out on the second day I was told that I never tipped yesterday. When I told them about the $20 I left on the table for the waitress, both waitress and manager told me “oh it’s okay, accidents happen” as if I hadn’t left anything. I then kindly mentioned that I really didn’t want anyone getting in trouble, but I had seen the busser clearing our table before I left and hadn’t procured the waitress to ensure she got her cash because I assumed she had gotten it already. Only to have the waitress say, “Well, our staff is really good about giving the waitresses their cash.”

I am appalled. As cliché as it sounds, I’ve never left a review like this before but it’s my way of sticking up for myself. Especially because I STILL left another $20 tip for yesterday’s waitress today(on a card) so that she can have her compensation. I understand that business want to support their employees, but this draws the line.

Then come to find out that the friend who was with me SAW THE MANAGER LOOK AT THE TIP ON THE TABLE AND MAKE A FACE. The same manager who accused me of not leaving a tip in the first place. So I am now calling my bank to put a stop payment on the EXTRA 50% tip I left today. My bill yesterday and today (the same friend and I are traveling together) was about $43 and I left $20 THREE TIMES.

Me and my boyfriend came here this morning, when we first walked in we didn’t feel comfortable. Our waiter had a bad attitude. She took our drinks then came back and took our food order, in the middle of my Order she thought I was done and cut me off. Then when she was taking my boyfriend’s order her iPad quit working and advised us that she would be right back. We thought she’d be back instantly.. we waited 15 minutes for her to come back and asked what my boyfriend wanted. Then she came back 10 minutes later and asked what was my order. With it not being busy in there, they had plenty of staff just standing around not doing anything .We waited 25 minutes for 2 simple meals to come out and they weren’t even hot, it was cold. When she set down my plate I noticed liquid on the bottom of it. Liquid doesn’t usually come with a scrambler.. and before mixing it, the Avocados Were brown and the plate already looked like it was mixed together. Then when she was was done setting out our plate I asked if I could get the Apple sausage I ordered. They forgot about it.. we took 2 bites out of our food and was done. Then we were plating up our food in the To-go box we noticed the bottom of our plates were very dirty. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture because they came and took it away in the middle of me about to take the picture.
