Handel's Homemade Ice Cream — Restaurant in Flower Mound

The ice cream itself was absolutely delicious it was obvious it was made with a lot of cream and not a lot of ice water. July 5th when everybody was off in the later afternoon all of a sudden this place was jam-packed The young lady who was serving us was doing her best to keep up but there must have been 20 people in line I did notice there were her at least two people in the rear of the restaurant apparently creating the ice cream but clearly did not come up to help the young lady in the front this was not the best customer service experience people were in line out the door. For a young lady of a very young age she showed great courage and stamina and decorum in light of the situation. I question management in this particular situation there was no apparent management on site and this was reflected in the situation... However again the ice cream was very good but it was on the soft side and makes me wonder how well the freezers...

Nov2024: 5⭐: I would recommend this location and the staff at this location. I searched Google and found this location. I came by this store location with my family and noted that there is a large free parking lot out front with plenty of regular and handicap parking spaces. The parking lot is attached to the main grocery store in this area. I noted that there is a police and veterans parking spot up front of the store. I noted that the store was not busy upon our arrival. There were three workers inside the store at the time of our arrival. My family kept them busy sampling flavors before choosing which flavor to get. Each of the workers seemed to be efficient and capable. The store was clean and neat upon...
