I recently visited Subway #14296-0 located at 2911 Cross Timbers Rd. Suite 111, Flower Mound, TX 75028. I ordered online. Because I ordered online, my thoughts were that things would be PERFECT because what I’m asking for is written. Things were NOT PERFECT. Things were Horrible and the Employee by the name of Natalie was LESS THAN HORRIBLE.
I ordered online and went in to pick it up. I didn’t check because I’m thinking, ‘I ordered online. It’s written. Surely they won’t mess it up.’ I get back to my office to find that there is no Bacon and I’ve been charged for Bacon and the Cheese is incorrect. I called three times to speak with someone to see if it could be replaced later in the day. All three times, I was put on hold and then hung up on. I went back to see how I could be accommodated. My initial contact stated that she was new, had no clue and asked Natalie to come assist me. Natalie came with the ugliest attitude. Natalie asked what I wanted her to do because she wasn’t giving a refund. Not one time, had I asked for a refund. I then stated, do I get something extra for poor Customer Service being that I’ve called, been hung up on, and had to return. ‘I can remake the sandwich but that’s all I’m doing.’ Ok, since you’re clear about NOT offering a refund that I hadn’t asked for, remake the sandwich and make it the way the ticket specifies. She remakes the sandwich, she brings it to me in a hostile manner. I say ‘Thank You’ & she says NOTHING.
She walks away to go sit with a little girl that is frequently there. The little girl looks to be between the ages of 4-7. This little girl is there often. She works a shift in the store with whoever she’s with.

Read moreI think this location has some new ownership or new management or something. But whatever the deal is, the last three visits to this location have been terrible. Three trips ago, the lady that made our sandwiches was simply rude. We were literally the only people in the shop and we felt as though we were the biggest inconvenience to this woman. I get it. It’s Subway, it’s bottom of the barrel. The worker wanted to be there less than we did. The food turned out fine, but if hate had a face, it would look like this woman. Two trips ago was Monday 7/10/23. We walked in and before we even got to the counter, the same lady yelled out that it would be 20 minutes before she could make a sandwich. Something about a system malfunction. We turned around and found lunch elsewhere. Today, 7/12/23 we gave this place one last shot. Opened the door and were greeted by this same demon woman. I think the demon woman was truly in her element, since it was hot as hell in there. The A/C was having a hard time doing its job as well. The front door hadn’t even shut behind us when she called out again that is would be 20 minutes before she could get to us. This time, there were a few tables eating the lunch. We got sarcastic looks and a few rolled eyes from the patrons so we turned around and walked out again. No chance we come back to this location. Hopefully the evil woman gets her wish and this place closes its doors....
Read moreI placed an online order 30 minutes ahead of time for two footlongs. Got there on time and was barely greeted, there were two people working. Went over to pickup shelves and no order yet. Stood there for 5 minutes before I asked if my order was received. The lady said yes, but they got a last-minute catering order for a funeral and were wrapping that up (the two men getting that order were indeed standing there). Employee offered me a drink while I waited which I accepted. After they finished the large order, they proceeded to take care of two walk-in customers while I was still sitting there waiting! Finally got my order 30 minutes late and was told that the manager was aware of the issue (manager wasn't there) and that I can call on Monday to voice my concerns and get a free order the next time. Next time??!!! There will not be a next time for me at this location!! Employees need to proactively acknowledge customers instead of ignoring them and hoping they will just go away. A little effort to explain what happened before I stood there for 5 minutes and had to ask would have been nice. I work in a very competitive service industry as a manager and rarely complain about service but today was exceptionally poor. I definitely will not return...
