Cheeseburger Bobby's — Restaurant in Flowery Branch

No complaint about our food today. There was only one other couple in the store when we came in. We counted at least 5 employees, but every table in the store was dirty! I had to wet my own napkins to wipe off a spot to eat. When they brought out our food, they left off my boyfriend's fries. Every employee was in the back, and only came out several minutes after another family came in. When I asked about the fries, the young lady said "well they weren't on the ticket." The young man who took our order did not give us a receipt, but he clearly heard & repeated our order back to us. The young lady then went into the back to ask the young man, and came out and slammed some fries on a tray and handed it to me. As we ate, we continued to watch most of the employees do nothing behind the counter, while every table was still dirty. It is for this lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE, that we will not be back to this restaurant! Also, I noticed another person who was apparently in the restaurant a couple hours prior to us, state about 30-40 flies in the window. I did not sit near the window, but we did notice many flies when we first walked...

Man! I wanted to like this place. Wanted to try for awhile because in my travels I saw coupon booklets with Bobby's adverts in them. A friend told me that they were just ok but I had to see for myself. My friend was right!

There were several choices of hamburgers. I just wanted a classic. There is a bar on the side that has different fresh toppings so that was nice. The burgers were bland and a bit dry. The bun was nice tho. I added lettuce , tomato, onion and pickle. Still the burger did not hit the tastebuds with flavor.

I was excited for the fries. Fresh potatoes cooked to the perfect crispness right? Wrong! Those fresh potatoes were droopy/limp. My companion and I ate a few and tossed the rest.

The iced tea was decent.

Environment: Standard quick bite restaurant with booths and table seating. Clean tables and condiment bar.

Service: Friendly and efficient

Parking: plenty

Final review: I would not return. Meal unenjoyable. The stars are for the service, environment and parking

I used a delivery service to get burgers from this establishment yesterday. I was underwhelmed. My "rare" burger was grey through and through. The only reason it wasn't bone dry was swiss cheese and bacon. The fries were great, though.

I called and spoke to an assistant manager who was very polite and accommodating. I couldn't get there to correct the situation so notes were left to take care of the situation today.

My first review was negative. I rarely rate anything five stars, but this place deserves six. When I went in today, I was offered a refund, but I was hungry so I went for it and was not disappointed.

While not rare, I had a nice, juicy burger with a pink center. The only error with the order was a simple miscommunication that was rapidly remedied.

Outstanding management team. Food service is difficult to say the least. Many thanks for the excellent service.

EDIT: In the past couple of months, I've been here three times. Perhaps it's the pandemic, but food standards are down the drain. The staff don't want to be there. The result is an experience I...
