We have ordered from this store many times. However, the past three times have been a really bad experience. We normally tip very well so, in the midst of the pandemic, I can’t understand the lack of concern from the manager at this location. The past three times, we have been missing part of our order; salads, drinks, extra sauces ect... My wife gets the salad and the past two times it wasn’t delivered. Here’s how the frustration began tonight. We made an order 6:47 pm for it to be delivered at 7:50 on a preorder. Notice that’s 1 hour and 3 minutes...on a Thursday night. At 8:15 it finally arrives. This time we got the pizza, brownies and pasta. We were missing a drink, a salad and 5 extra sauces that would’ve went nicely with the pizza. Before leaving the car, Zachary calls and asks us if we mind if he runs back to the store with the pizza and picks up the items he left. That made no sense at all to me. We met him outside to get the items he did bring and we said to just refund us the difference. He gladly said ok and explained it was his first day back in a while and apologized. While on his way back, we called his manager Justin and told him what we had agreed on. Immediately there was an issue with a refund. He also didn’t offer any kind of credit. At this point, we just said ok and let him bring the rest of the order out. When Zachary returned, he had the items but he had a classic garden salad instead of a chicken Caesar like we had ordered. We didn’t realize this until after Zachary left. At this point it has become comical to me. This time I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. After explaining how bad this whole night had become with the major issues involved, I got complete silence on the other end of the line. No offer of anything to make up for an entire two hours of trying to get a dinner on the table. After realizing that Justin has absolutely no customer service skills, I began to get sarcastic. I asked him if they were smoking dope down there to screw up this bad. That got a response! He said he felt that was very impolite for me to say that to him. He obviously has no clue how impolite it is to screw up someone’s entire meal numerous times in one night and barely get a response about it. I asked him his name and he said he didn’t feel comfortable giving it to me. I called Zachary back and he gave me Justin’s name. For the record, I went to dominos.com to reach out to corporate and got a bot and a runaround to talk to. I never got a live person and I couldn’t type in any of this. All links do a big circle. They really want you to call the location you have the problem with. I know this review will do nothing more than serve as entertainment for some of you to read while you’re writing your own bad review of this place. It’s common knowledge on the review thread that they always forget the sauces and Justin is a complete idiot. If you get the chance to speak with him, please ask if they are smoking dope down there because he’s easily offended by that....and that is all you will get out of it. Lesson learned. Literally had ordered a pan pizza and they said they were out of the dough like how can you not of made the order to order more dough? THE MAIN INGREDIENT FOR THE PIZZA! If you say you’re out of pan pizza dough then that means you are unable to make all dough type pizza cause it’s all the same regular and pan pizza dough. So you’re trying to say you couldn’t make any type of pizza?!?!?! It’s a pizza restaurant and you want to say you’re out of dough?!?!?! HOW?!?!?! One day they had called us when we had ordered and told us they aren’t making our food because they literally said they were refusing to make anymore food the rest of the night when they still had two hours left of being open!!!! And then also one night we had ordered delivery and had wanted a 2 liter of sprite and instead of giving us a call or anything when the driver had arrived he was running back to his car to try and not give us time to get his attention and when we did we had told him we got a soda and then had the nerve to say “no you didn’t” and then walked to the door to check our receipt and said oh yeah you did and we were like yeah that’s what we said. And then he was like oh well we are out of sprite probably that’s why you didn’t get it and we were like then can we get a credit or a refund and he refused and so we asked him well we are getting a soda because we ordered it and you aren’t refunding us and he was like well I have a coke and we just accepted that since we ordered a soda. But if you don’t have something why you are just going to walk away and not even be of any service to the customer and just hope they won’t notice, how would someone not notice they are missing a whole 2 liter of soda?!?!? And tell me why we went to go pick up our food and the employees were arguing in the store talking about why orders are messed up and the person making the food was getting upset and was threatening to just stop making orders all together? If you can’t handle the work then don’t work there, it’s as simple as that! If you get angry over some pizza, then that’s not the place for you! And there shouldn’t be arguing over if food is going to be made or not, it’s unprofessional and also ridiculous. This store has gone done the drain, it used to be good 3 years ago but then they got a whole new staff that don't even want to work! Just close the store then if you guys can’t stay in stock of things or hire people that actually want to work!!! It’s ridiculous how pathetic this location is and I’m specifically talking about the FLOWERY BRANCH...
Read moreThis is the second time I experienced an incomplete order. Tonight my delivery driver that was 35 minutes late called and stated he forgot an item and that he wanted to know if he could go back to the store and get it before he brought the order. I said to refund my salad and bring the rest of the order as it would be cold by the time he got here. I called the store and spoke with the manager and wanted to make sure my undelivered items were refunded. He acted as if it would be an inconvenience after clearing his throat. Upon delivery he had forgotten other items as well. I called the manager and told him that The delivery driver had not only forgotten my salad but other items as well. (The delivery driver did offer his apologies I would like to note, which I do appreciate). I would like him to bring the rest of my order because it was too much of an effort before to refund one item but more than three I thought I should receive them. I felt his lackadaisical attitude was rude. We have had an order over an hour late from this store before as well as items missing on other orders. No apologies given then as well. Customer service is lacking if not non existent from management. When we called to get the managers name ... Justin stated “ I do not feel comfortable giving you my name” .... remember Justin that all calls may be recorded.... Will pay Uber eats to deliver Pizza Hut...
