Let me first say that the smoothies are wonderful! Until this week, I was a loyal customer who stopped here twice a week for the last two years. Service was always wonderful.
HOWEVER, since the pandemic, they've moved to drive thru only, even for orders placed and paid for in the app. When this first started, if there was a long line of cars, I could go to the door with a mask on and get my purchase, which was already ready and paid for.
Now, however, even if you order and pay ahead, you're expected to sit in line for more than 20 minutes while your drink melts because someone cannot be bothered to let you in or meet you at a door, which would take less than 30 seconds.
Today, it happened again. I watched the two cars behind me get tired of waiting and leave. When I finally got to the window and expressed my disappointment with this new lack of customer service the ladies working the window promptly informed me that this is not their problem. "It's the owner's fault and you should speak to him." Well, rest assured, I did leave him a message. When I told them that two potential customers left rather than wait (both me and the customer ahead of me had used the app so we should not have even been there), the same girl argued with me they "no, we're not losing customers!"
Ok. So that was my last visit to this establishment after years of loving them. Makes me sad but this is sheer laziness and bad service. I'll vote...

The girls are always so rude, snide and careless with my order. Half of the time itās wrong or they donāt add and ingredient which I can clearly taste. I make smoothies daily but only come here if I am running late and need to grab one. I assume the āmaleā is the owner or manager that I see often and he to isnāt helpful in the situation. I see how he gets annoyed when I place my order. If I make it custom he makes snide comments about it. Iām so fed up with them. Please donāt even use the pandemic as an excuse either. We are all going through something right now and I can still get excellent service at the hole in the wall taco...

We all must adapt to the changes Covid has dealt us! I am at this location 7 days a week at different times of the day and when the lines are long I personally will pull through and go to the back just to keep customers like yourself from leaving to keep this business open! Everyone is awesome and the owner is just as accommodating as he can be! I pull up and my order is ready just from recognizing my car!
