Pearl's Tea - Flowery Branch — Restaurant in Flowery Branch

I am not from Flowery Branch but I come here a few times a year to visit my parents. Every time I am here I am so excited to visit Pearls because it's one of my absolute favorite boba spots. USUALLY, the customer service is above and beyond but today's experience absolutely let me down. 2 of the workers that i usually see were nice as usual, and very helpful. But one of the girls who makes the drinks was probably the rudest person I have ever seen in this store. She set down 2 of the drinks we ordered (we were the only group in the store ordering drinks, there was nobody behind us. To that point they did not even ask for our names to put on the cup.) I was told to go and grab my drink and as I grabbed it I said thank you and she gave me a death glare. She stared at me for a while and finally said "well, there IS a sign," and rolled her eyes at me. I look down to see this tiny sign that says to please wait for my name to be called before grabbing my drink. I apologized and said I did not see the sign and put my drink down. She proceeded to say "whatever" and marched to the back of the store to sit on her phone. I wait until the other two employees say it was okay and I was allowed to grab my drink. I apologized to them and said I did not mean to piss the other girl off, and that it was really sad I loved that place because now I will never be returning. That kind of behavior is deplorable. She may of been having a bad day, but that is no excuse to be that rude to a customer who was nothing but nice to you. I have been coming to this store ever since my parents moved here and i unfortunately never plan to return after that. I never got her name due to her marching into the back of the store or else I would call the store owner. I left the store a 15% tip regardless, and am sad that I do not feel comfortable...

Such a cute boba shop. The owner was so nice and helpful! Lots of great fruit and floral teas and a good selection of herbal - not caffeinated- teas which is exciting! You don’t often see a lot of those at boba shops.

More traditional toppings when it comes to the pearls. If you like popping boba, they only have two flavors - mango and strawberry - but there is a gummy cherry one that sounded good too.

Another fun thing were the cups. I know that’s a silly plus but I really liked the sturdy design with both a spot to pop your straw in but also a sippy hole if you prefer to drink straight...

FINALLY! A bubble tea place in FB that rivals anything the Mall of Georgia or anyone else has to offer.

They actually are ahead of a lot of those places. Brand new, extremely clean and happy environment with nice folks who run it. The drinks are all-out masterpieces, with really nice presentation. They have a whole menu of original drinks, and not overly filled with ice that robs you of the actual drink.
