Arby's — Restaurant in Flowood

We ordered 2 meals, one was supposed to be hot, the classic meal and the #14 meal that smelled and tasted off. We were not given napkins, straws, or our receipt despite asking for it. We quickly returned and were told the one bite out of the #14 meant we couldnt get our cash back, only our food remade. I asked for the manager and they coulsnt find our receipt for 25.29 as we were charged more than our receipt later showed our order actually was. They argued that their food was fine & that others had it earlier in the day. They were upset that we wanted our cash back and then tried to claim we had paid with a card....

Something is very off with this location!!!! Save yourself the heartburn and upset...

The customer service is mind-boggling here. I’ve only come at night time for Uber eats or DoorDash and they are miserable humans. They purposely ignore you and make you wait forever. When I came for food for myself they barely answered the drive-through speaker and sounded like they were so mad that they were there. This staff only wants to come to work and get a paycheck but wants no one to walk into their building or go to the drive-through. This Arby’s is not going to make it if they are going to let these employees get away with acting this way. No one made them fill out that application. If they’re going to treat people like that, they need to go somewhere...

Good evening, our experience at the Flowood Mississippi location was not positive at all, the Young Lady that waited on me was not happy to be there,, complaining that a few more customers came in while waiting on me. Finally we get our food, it was cold. Someone brought a Baby that evidently was someone's child that works there, the Child sat in a carrier on the counter where customers get waited on, I do believe that's a health issue. Several people walked out during the time I was there. I do not plan to go back to this restaurant. I guess I will stay home and make meals that seems to work out so...
