I have excused the attitude of management and the crew at this location. (Castlewood)They definitely needs some training with customer service. Tonight, I received a call from Dominos AFTER receiving notification that my pizza was on the way. The call was to inform me that they didnât have one of the drinks that I ordered. I told the caller that I hadnât ordered any drinks that I only ordered a pizza. This person replied to meâ well, I have two orders for your addressâ I replied again that I only placed one order. He raises his voice to say âââââ-placed the other one. I paused, wondering so why am I receiving this call ??? So he ask me what drinks would I like. Again, I tell him I didnât order any drinks with my order and was unaware of any other orders. He said well canât you ask the other people... I first said well I was sitting outside waiting on my order being that I received the notification that my order was on the way. He raise his voice again requesting that I seek a answer for him saying since youâre there can you just ask....What was the purpose of him calling my number about someone elseâs order??? Once he was informed of my complete order WHY didnât the conversation end? Why was it my responsibility to service his customer? Very poor customer service skills were displayed tonight!    Read moreThe pizza at the Flowood location is normally pretty good, but the customer service at the management level has much to be desired. They don't put enough toppings especially on the pan pizza which is supposed to have extra cheese automatically. They never put the extra cheese and the sauce always bleeds through. I brought this to the shift manager's attention (her name is Nefratiri?) and she refused to remake the pizza or give a credit towards a new one. This happened before on another order (that one was burned and not edible) and she did the same thing. She refused to make good on that order even though Domino's claims to have pizza insurance that guarantees it'll be replaced if it's subpar or something's wrong. I've ordered pretty frequently (at least 5-6x/month) in the past, but less so lately because this problem persists with this manager and she still works there despite multiple complaints by myself and other people according to another manager I spoke to. My recommendation is don't order on Friday night because that's when that manager works. If something is wrong, she will definitely not remake it or credit...

Weâve only encountered one issue during the last 2 years of ordering, but I also took it with a grain of salt due to the pandemic and how times are much tougher on people, so I tried to be understanding and just let the issue go. We all have not so great days, and everyone makes mistakes, especially when youâre under lots of stress. I havenât ordered that same item again, and I donât think I will just because I donât want to encounter any issues. I order pizza and dessert and drinks and thereâs not ever any more issues! I order online, so I only get to interact with the delivery drivers, and theyâre ALWAYS very kind, friendly and professional! I think whatever happened when we had an issue was simply just a case of someone having a rough day/time. For all I knew, she was on the schedule with no time off, all day, all alone. Or perhaps someone close to her wasnât doing well. Iâll never know for sure, but what I do know is thereâs been no issues since :) Were all human, nobodyâs perfect!
