Just had the worst experience. It started in the drive through when a lady with a black-head bonnet, wrap thing came to the window with regular clothes, no apron or name tag…she came to the window and as I gave her the type and amount of each flavored donut I wanted for my dozen, she stared and wrote nothing down. Many donuts were not available. That was okay until when she repeated the order to me she started only repeating the flavors with no clue how many, and then had me repeat myself as she put the notes for my order “this time”. She quickly handed the cold box with no thank you or smile, then disappeared. I opened the box to find donut filling spilling in the box with the “filled donuts” flatted and hard. I noticed one of the plain glazed had what appeared to be a bitten chunk missing. We honked the horn to ask for a trade out on certain donuts thinking that would be easier than a necessary refund. No one came and I had to take my 8month pregnant self inside. She stood at the counter not surprised and silent. I initiated words and gave her a paragraph, such as this, explaining the donut problem while holding the box open. She said nothing and took out the “bitten” donut and replaced it. I said ma’am, what I just told you is that we do not want any glazed at all and would like to replace “x,y and z” donuts. She turned her back while repeating me with an attitude and dropped the donuts in the box. No one said another word and I walked out. Every donut is flavorless and very dry. Thanks...

This location, however, has disappointed on three separate occasions. The storefront has never been open on any of these occasions. Each time I was greeted with a poorly written, scrawled, paper taped to the door informing potential customers that “lobby is close”. Instead of stopping in for a quick purchase one is forced to wait in the drive through line for seemingly one employee to take the order, package the order, and take payment.
The most recent followed this pattern resulted in a thirteen minute wait in the drive through only to be grunted at by the employee at the window. Read moreOnline ordering Placed an order on March 17th Friday, Only to get to the store in Flowood Ms to find out you do not take online orders. Why is there Online ordering if you cannot use it. Called the store twice no one answered, and why didn’t someone call or email and tell us that you would not have these donuts. This is very disappointing to find out after a long day of work driving 30 minutes out of the way to find out you don’t even have the order ready, neither did you have the selection of donuts we chose. The online ordering system should not even be active if you do not take online orders.
