Horrible place !! I was meaning to try it out and so I went with my toddler to enjoy nice comfort food. We both are vegetarian and so I ordered Santa Fe without chicken ( with good solid conversation with the owner about how i can't have any meat) and veg cheese quesadilla for my toddler . First I was planning to eat in but it took 25 minutes for the order to come in a box with no plastic or any kind of fork, knife, so i picked up my toddler hoping to enjoy at home, and we were starving , when I open the packet , to my horror i see chunks of meat, still not convinced i immediately called the restaurent to confirm, and the owner said the server/chef is 100 percent positive there is no meat, she went on to say," if it makes you feel any better our cHicken is plant based so it's won't be pieces but threads" mind you she kept highlighting her plant based chicken when I was ordering assuming i will be okay with plant based chicken , highly insensitive i must say, Anyways , my instincts felt something is not right, it's not melting so it can't be cheese. She said since i already left i can get free meal next time, as if this tactic will solve my issue, a small piece of unsolicited advice to the owner : listen to your customers, not everyone needs or will go jumping hearing your free meal next time b.s. Anyways I asked her if I can send her the picture of the food to confirm to which she agreed but I kept the food aside, starving ,i quickly had to fix something for both of us to eat, I kept waiting for her response but didn't receive anything until evening where she confirmed it's chicken !!! and apologised. I was horrified, what if I had eaten it trusting her ? She just ruined the whole experience. I confirmed so many times with her in person, over the phone and she said every time she is positive it has no chicken. Even my receipt say'no chicken' This whole incident left me scarred for a very long time to say the least. The server/ cook is inefficient and have zero attention to detail. Read moreThere were only 2 workers inside when we walked in and although, one of them did greet us and said I will be with you in a second. A second turned into more than 5 minutes. There were no customers inside,except us 2 and 1 lady that walked, in right behind us to place an order. The worker that greeted us was all over the place, including it looked like she was training the other worker. Yet, somehow us 3 customers quickly turned into 12 waiting customers. She even rotated out taking orders vs the other worker making orders. These orders consisted of walk-ins, door dashes and mobile orders. It was some other very agitated customers that recognized how long this was taking. I finally received my smoothie but, was missing my 2 food items. Now, we are just waiting, the worker that pretty much knew everything she is working her butt off, but, there was no organization nor structure to her solo chaos. Another worker finally came and clocked in, black lady, kind of heavy set. She wasn't friendly at all and she might as well have just not clocked in. She wasn't any help to the one worker(white lady, glasses, a cap and I think tattoos) that was doing everything by herself. Mind you, I'm observing all of this and the interactions with other customers, because I'm still waiting on my food. Finally we get our food and can leave. I looked at my location App to see how long I had been there. 20 minutes. Suggestion: With structure, the lady working would be great. Training needs to happen not during a peak time. Read moreI came to the store to get my usual, the Thai salad. When I made it home, the wrong dressing was put in both of my bags. I tried to call the store to let them know I would be on the way because the wrong dressing was given to me and my family; however, there was no answer. By this time it was 8:30. I then had to drive back to the store to find the door being locked at 8:50, which is 10 minutes earlier than what the store hours are. When I knocked on the door, the person looked at me and proceeded to walk to the back. She then took 2 minutes before coming to the door with help. After they opened the door and I told them about how I received the incorrect sauce, they took the incorrect sauce and replaced it with little remorse shown.
