Wacked Out Weiner — Restaurant in Foley

I DON’T RECOMMEND!!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND LEAVE HUNGRY!!!!!! Well… where should I begin?!?! I’ve never been to this place… so clearly had no idea what I wanted. The menu is written out so it’s a little hard to read. They rush you to make a decision. They didn’t even give me a minute to look at the menu. The topping for the hotdog are extremely slim. I would’ve like it more if you could actually taste the toppings bc they were BARELY THERE. I heard the manager scolding the employee for putting “TOO MUCH.” WHAT???? There’s literally half a sprinkle and you scold him for putting”TOO MUCH.” WOW!!!! We only ordered two combo meals. That’s chips and a drink. The total was 50.00. REALLY???? That’s way too much for hotdogs and chips. And hotdogs that had almost nothing on them. We sit down and they start making preparations to close. I look at my phone and it’s two hours before close. I don’t believe this. We can’t even eat… we’ve got to shove our food in our mouth and run out the door. I DON’T RECOMMEND!!!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!!

The food is amazing but so is the customer service. We ordered Wacked out Weiner for lunch at the office via Waitr. The menu on the Waitr app had an item listed at one price but once we paid we realized we were charged nearly twice the amount. We called the restaurant and let them know but it was Waitr’s error. By the time I figured out how to complain to Waitr, clinic got busy and honestly I forgot all about it. The lady who answered the phone at Wacked out Weiner originally must have let the owner know what wasn’t going on even though it was not their error. The employee called me and left a voicemail letting me know that they had contacted Waitr and made them aware of the situation and Waitr should be correcting their mistake. Also, Mark, the owner, called himself and offered to refund us himself if Waitr didn’t within 24 hours or anything else he needed to do to make this right. For a company to go to the lengths they did, both owner and employee, to rectify someone else’s mistake, that mind you was probably less than two dollars, is absolutely unheard of. This was probably the worst place I have ever eaten at in my whole life. I say this because of many reasons that ruined my day. At the beginning i walked inside the store thinking that I was going to get a good quality hot dog but boy was I wrong. I ordered 1 chili dog and my son in law ordered a Chicago dog. There was no seating so my son-in-law hasbulla and I had to eat outside on the porch. As we walked outstide we noticed that the porch was flooding with water and was up to our ankles. We basically had to hop to the table in order to sit on it. As we sat down with our feet soaking in the murky water I opened the box. I didn’t even know what I was looking at. It was the worst sight I’ve ever seen. I was hoping that it didn’t taste as bad at it looked and it didn’t. It actually tasted worse. The chili had no meat in it and full of onions and tomatoes while the bun was soggy. After forcing myself and hasbulla to eat our hotdogs we immediately felt horrible.
