AVOID THIS LOCATION!

2 bad situations. Once when I had a curbside order mixup, I had to unbuckle my baby and walk into the store to correct the error. Instead of giving me the cookie that they had forgotten, they made me hand over my box, which had already been out of the store and in my car, so they could take back the cookie that was wrong. I've never seen a food establishment do this, especially when it was their error. Made me feel like they might try to re-sell that cookie that I had walked out of the store with. I didn't intend on posting this story until the most recent events unfolded.

My fiance and I have recently spent hundreds of dollars on Crumbl cookies and this store thanked us by refusing to refund us for cookies we never received.

We accidentally placed a cookie order late one night, thinking the store was still open. The order went through for the next morning at 8am. I assumed that if we didn't pickup the order, we wouldn't be charged. Days later the pending transaction went through and we were charged for cookies that we didn't pick up. When my fiance called to get a refund, the manager said she would speak to the GM and call him back. After not getting a call back, my fiance called the store again to get his money refunded. The manager said she couldn't do anything for us because their POS system can't go back more than 3 days and we didn't call soon enough. She also mentioned that she wasted 4 cookies on our order. LIES! Our cookie order was for 8am, so our cookies were used on other customers. This manager wasn't helpful and didn't try to find a solution. Instead, she told us it was our fault and she couldn't help us.

Finally, my fiance was able to speak to the GM. He also said that he wouldn't refund the money but he was willing to give us 4 "free" cookies. The cookies aren't free if you have to pay for them!! SMH.

I will never patronize a business who treats their customers like this!! Crumbl cookies are franchised, so I strongly encourage everyone to avoid...

i have been coming to this location for an embarrassingly long time, but it's been a long time since i've been back (and things have changed)! love the option of being able to order minis now. it's the perfect bite to share with others when a full sized cookie is too much! the app is life changing. place your pick-up order & the time that works for your schedule all through the app and viola! so simple. they also have a pretty solid rewards program so make sure to join that to earn free treats! they have tons of parking which is a major bonus, and the store is always clean. however, it was a bit of a bummer when we received our box, there was frosting and ingredients smeared on the top and bottom. the presentation when i opened the box looked thrown in there -- and for the price (and it not being busy) i wouldn't expect this. womp womp. everything tasted great; something crumbl consistently gets right week to week! will be back because who could resist?! fingers crossed for a little less...

I ordered cookies online today for the 15th birthday of an amazing girl. I requested and paid extra for wrapping and when I picked up the cookies, I was appalled to find that all the wrapping included was an elastic string tied in a bow on the box. I mentioned this to the employee that had brought the cookies to my car, and his comment was well this is what we consider wrapping.

I later called the store and asked to speak to a manager and the young man that answered the phone said that he was the closest thing to a manager there. When I told him what my concern was, he basically said well I don’t know what to tell you that’s the way it comes. I asked him if he had ordered wrapping on something, What would he expect and he responded? I don’t know. I told him that since he was a manager, he must know what wrapping consisted of. He told me well. He didn’t know what to tell me that’s how it was. Very disappointed in the customer service there. They seemed very unconcerned with...
