Jamba — Restaurant in Folsom

Seemed like a new employee working the register. We asked if we could have some of one of the large drinks poured into a mini cup for our 2 year old before mixing in the 3g energy. She left and came back and simply said "They can't do that" with no explanation and continued her pitch trying to get us to purchase food. We pressed her on the small side drink. She left again. When she came back she didn't address it at all and told us to pay. We asked again to confirm about the little drink. She just pointed to the machine to pay. So we did, assuming they figured it out. When they came out with only two large drinks, we asked about it again. Same girl just told us they can't. I would've gotten one without 3g energy so I could share with my son if they would've explained this to me. To make everything worse, the girl at the register talks WAY too quietly and i could not hear a word she was saying through the mask and the glass. My husband had to ask her to speak up several times. Another guy came out and told us they can't do that, again no explanation. We asked why. He left to go talk to the manager. At this point I feel the manager should've just come talk to us because the back and forth and lack of proper communication was frustrating. He came back and said he'd remake the drink. We werent quite sure what that meant. Until they came back with another drink with the mini one but it now had no 3g energy.

So basically we ended up paying for a 3g energy that we didn't get and still never got an explanation as to why they couldn't or wouldn't put a little aside before mixing...

Slightly long wait but typical of what we have found at this location before. Discovered in the parking lot my son's Smoothie was not drinkable / chunks of apple/ice still in cup and too thick to get into a straw. Returned to wait in line 10 more minutes. When we finally got to the front, the cashier had some sort of emergency with another order, told us we would have to wait and called back to the shift leader. The shift leader and 2 employees took several minutes to sort out whatever emergency they had and then the shift leader made a bee line to the back. I had to call out to the shift leader that we had an issue with a drink to keep her from leaving the area. She offered to replace the drink but the replacement drink was 80%...

Came in at around 8:05 pm on a Sunday. Was told sorry, they close at 8 pm. Which was weird because on the door it presents they close at 8:30 pm, and when we came in the day before we were told they are open until 8:30 pm on Sunday, which is why we came in at said time. A whole bunch of teenagers were inside just hanging out...the doors were still unlocked...just seems like the girl working truly did not want to work. My husband and I were so confused and bewildered, we turned around to double check the door for the times they are open and it says 8:30 pm! We left very unhappy...really do not want to return if the employees...
