Stay away from here if you need any sort of phone work done. Went in thinking my battery was not taking a charge. It ended up being my charging port. They replaced it for $80. When I got home I realized my screen was different. It didn't even fit my phone properly. It wasn't functioning properly by touch , colors were off, and the glass was CHEAP.

I called them and they said when replacing the charge port they have to peel back the screen.

Okay, so you ruin my screen, replace it with cheap glass that's not even suppose to work for my phone and don't tell me in hopes I wouldn't realize it. SHADY , DECEITFUL practices !! They said bring it in and they'll replace it, still nothing mentioned that yes we broke your screen, or yes we replaced it. I drop it off and come back a few hours later. Once again cheap glass that doesn't fit my phone properly and the touch function is iffy at best because of this. I tell the employee and he says yeah we didn't have the right glass for your phone but we can order it as a replacement for this one. Once again, I caught the issues with the screen. They again were hoping I wouldn't notice which is crazy. They said they will call me when it comes in. They don't , I call them after 2 weeks and they have no clue the situation. Finally get an employee who knows the ordeal and he says the glass they ordered for my phone was incorrect and needed to be re-ordered. Another 2 weeks go by and nothing, so I call them and they said they got it. Took my phone in and picked it up a few hours later. Still cheap glass and it fits a bit better than the last one. At this point I was just going around in circles with these guys who don't know what they're doing on the repair side of things. So I just dealt with it. Now 4 months later that cheap glass they put on my phone is cracking at the corner and spiderwebing across my screen. It's costing me $100 to have it replaced. Steer clear of phone work with these guys, not worth the hassle. Take it some place where they actually know phones and that's basically all they do. What angers me is the deceit with this place, they would have never told me had I not realized it. Let alone they replaced it with a inferior and incorrect product.

UPDATE on 3/31 Nice canned response below about the store manager supposedly going to contact me. As of one month of posting this review NO MANAGER or ANYONE HAS CALLED ME from this establishment. You have proven my point further...

I walked into this store to purchase a bulb. When I arrived I was told that the bulb I needed was very specific and that I should bring one in so that I did not buy the wrong wattage and damage the fixture. Because it was pouring rain I told the sales person that I just wanted to buy one of each and when I got home I would install the correct bulb (after looking at the one that does not work) and return the others. He told me that because I did not know the wattage that he would not allow me to return any of the bulbs in the event that I used one and damaged it. I told him that I would only use the correct one after checking the the wattage on the bulb that burned out. He said he still was not able to return any of them because he could not trust that I would not damage them. Basically the guy was telling me that he could not trust me. Pretty horrible customer service. I would much rather buy online and wait a few days. Not to mention that the online price was $5.69 and the store price was $7.99. I will never shop here...

Last Sunday, I tried this place as a second place as the first place I chose was not open at 10 AM as advertised on their site. I was so glad that I walked into this place. My Pixel 2 XL had a piece of plastic left inside the USB C charger port probably left over from inside the USB C charger. I did not have a small enough tweezers to pull out the plastic piece so the plastic piece came out by pieces when I used a pliers to pull that piece out. Anyhow, I was prepared to pay if they could take care of it. The front desk person took a look, took it inside to talk to the tech and almost about a minute later he handed the phone back and the problem has already been taken care of. I even offered to pay whatever they want to charge. But they would not even charge me anything and did it for free. I was pleasantly surprised, to say the least. This place would be recommended without reservation and would be my go-to place future phone and tablet problems. I would try to pay their kindness forward. I sincerely hope they get more business...
