I have a similar set of experiences as the other reviewer talking about the horrible customer service at this location. Firstly let me say I like the products and have furnished my entire outdoor front and back from World Market, and a good deal of soft furnishings inside as well. But I give them a big fat ZERO for their customer service. No one smiles. Unhelpful. Two women were resentful (!!) when I asked about a pillow that was missed in markdowns when ALL the outdoor pillows were half off. Every single one. They dug in their heels and were so unpleasant. So I asked to please ask the manager and he confirmed they were also on sale - same as all they other outdoor pilloows. Do you think either was in the least bit sheepish or even mildly or passingly apologetic about being so rude only to find out they were wrong? Nope. In fact the lady who always wears the blue mask just came up and said under her breath 'so and do says they're all on sale' and walked away. She is particularly consistently unpleasant. Why have a customer service job if you seem to so thoroughly hate it?? It's not like it's an isolated incident. This is the norm. Which is why I prefer to drive much further and out of my way to Roseville where the staff are much friendlier.
Oh and to the lady with the blue disposal mask (the most offensively unpleasant one)... If you're reading this - did you know it doesn't really do anything to protect you if wear it below your nose? You're breathing in through whatever you're not covering. But then again maybe it's just another tactic to create a barrier between her and her customers. And by the way - who is the manager there, and why don't you already know this and have...

Usually when I shop at a store, I’m on the lookout for the selection and the customer service. Recently I ordered curbside pickup an hour ahead (just 2 cans of sardines) to receive a 10% discount and ended up just going into the store since I had some extra time. So I grabbed my products and when I got to the front, I showed the cashier my order and asked if I could just exchange these for the curbside order. So I’m hoping that she was just having an off day because her customer service was horrendous. She initially denied my request, which I understand but then she got the manager to check on my order and when the manager decided to go check it and she approved my request, however he cashier then makes a snarky reply saying that I won’t receive my discount and then proceeded to rudely stare down my friend. I probably won’t go back, solely because of how uncomfortable she made me, but the store’s selection is always great, if you’re there just to grab your stuff and go! 👍

Customer Service 🧍♂️: ⭐️ Selection:...
Read moreI worked here for a long time. So consider that a conflict of interest. Honestly a lot of the furniture is affordable but you do kinda get what you pay for. The selection of pillows and furniture they offer here is a buffet of artistic sins. Most of the clothing is made by sweatshops in third world countries. Honestly this is the kind of store old people visit to fight off boredom. This is the kind of store wine moms come to get their weekly supply of grape juice. This is the kind of store rich white ladies, whove only been to other countries on curise ships, come to buy things that make them seem worldly. With that said, the store associates are great. They're super freindly, and always happy to help you look for a specific item. They have excellent staff that can always gove you a fun recommendation for something new to try. However the only things the average person would have reason to come here for are the wide slection of imported food stuffs and the alchohol. Otherwise everything else i havent mentioned is just cheap junk only a closeted horder could...
