**Edit - Changing my review to 5 stars - The owner promptly contacted me and went above and beyond to make things right. Greatly appreciate their attention to this matter. We did enjoy our lunch and the employees were pleasant. I do recommend this restaurant. The Monday lunch special is a great deal too.

Original review: The employees were fine and the food was fine. But I'm leaving 1 star review due to bad business practice. And they will lose any and all future business from me and anyone I know. I purchased a groupon last year and never had a chance to use it and it expired. Once it expires, I understand you lose the good deal that you purchased (in this case $25 credit for food, costing $15)...however, you are still supposed to be able to apply the $15 purchase price to an order and not lose out on that. When I attempted to apply this credit to my order, I was told they were no longer honoring anything from Groupon and that I needed to take it up with Groupon. After reading some other reviews, I'm assuming what happened is a new owner took over and decided not to accept Groupon. It was only $15, so not the end of the world for me... But you'd think when someone purchases a business with existing credits or gift certificates that they would still honor those since it's still the same business. Not doing that in my opinion is an act of bad faith and as a result I will not return - and any word of mouth coming from me regarding this restaurant will be negative and I will discourage people from patronizing this establishment. Super disappointed. My family and I went to this specific one twice a month for 3 years. Prior to the new ownership, every item was in stock, pizza tasted amazing, staff was knowledge, fast, friendly, and had a sense of urgency. Now with new ownership, things have changed, but for the bad, not the good. Cauliflower crust, ranch, Alfredo sauce, and Dr. Pepper was all sold out. I only know if these because my family and I order these specifics all the time (could have been more items). Most of those are NOT supply chain issues (you can go to the grocery store and purchase ranch packets, Alfredo sauce, etc .. this is poor management and poor ordering system. There were also a lot of items that just weren't stocked, so after asking for something, the employees had to go to the back to get them. Again, poor management. There was like 5-6 employees working, and it looked like 1 knew what he was doing, and everybody else was either brand new, or semi new. There has to be some experience somewhere. While we were waiting for our pizza, a former employee was ordering, and had to tell the new employees how to flatten the dough for her pizza. She told us she previously worked there. I only write this because we LOVED this place. It was wayyyyy better than nasty pieology. But after today's experience, probably won't go back to this place. The last visit was not up to the level we were used to, but we brushed it off. Seems like it is...
