T4 Folsom — Restaurant in Folsom

My daughter and her friend went in to go boba milk tea for themselves, the total came out to around $9. She payed with a card and the employee told her the card did not work and told her to try again. She tried again and it did not work, my daughter eventually ended up having to pay with cash. When I went to bank that day I had noticed that I had been charged two times on my card for the boba, I was confused because my daughter had to pay with cash. I went back to T4 to get my money back because instead of paying $9, I ended up paying $30, and they were very rude to work with. They did not accept their mistake even when I showed them the hard copy statement of how I was charged three times. I asked to speak with the manager, and instead I was handled with an employee who was very rude. Finally when the employee saw that I was mad she brought the manager out. I will not be coming back to T4, not because they charged me 3 times, but because of how they handled it. They should have taken FULL responsibility for their actions, I recommend if you want boba go to Quickly...

Love the drinks, but they definitely don't have the 'customer is always right' mentality of places like Starbucks. I took my son to get a boba drink and it was pretty busy...a steady line of 2-4groups of people, so I get that it can be stressful to feel like you're getting drinks and food out to everyone quickly, but there was a Jr high looking kid that came to the counter with a full drink and said that he had wanted to try a new flavor, but when he got it it was really bad to him, so he was wondering if he could exchange it for a different flavor. The cashier told him that he'd have to wait in line again, and buy a new drink. I'm sure it already took him half an hour to wait in line and get his first drink, so with that he gave up and wasted $6 of his parents money to hate his drink! Places without exceptional service just won't go as far as places that realize replacing 1 drink in 10 gets loyal repeat customers who know it's not as big of a gamble to try new things at your place cause you actually want them to love your...

I love this place! Everything i have tried here has been so yummy!! I love boba milk teas, and they definitely do them right at t4! I heard about t4 from a friend. Its hard to notice from the street, as its in a little shopping center bwhind land ocean restaurant. It seems to be quite popular though. Every time i have visited there has been a line. Its not a long wait, though. I always look at their quite extensive menu online before i go to decide what to get. Then i use the option of texting my order in before i go. That way its already ready to go when i get there. I haven't once been disappointed. I have a couple favorite drinks that i love, butnthey have so many offerings, its hard to choose. I usally cant decide, so i get one that i know i love, and get my bf the drink he likes, and then we will get one more new thing we have never tried to share! They also have a loyalty club. You put your phone number in when you pay, and for every 10 drinks you get a free one!...
