Broadstone Plaza — Local services in Folsom

This is such a lovely restaurant, too bad it isn't better. I have been here at least five times. Why is the service so slow? I think it's the kitchen not the wait staff. The waitress was busy and was attentive. The food was cold for one of the people in our party and had to be sent back. It took too long to be returned. The desserts were terrible. My banana cream pie was cookie crumbs, bananas and deflated whipped cream. My friend ordered inedible cheesecake that had a very strange texture. This place has a lot of necessary stores (home depot, michael's, etc.). it also has Total Wine & More, which is fantastic. There is plenty of parking but i would avoid the inner ring when it is busy (too many people not paying attention to what they are doing). Stay on the outer part of the parking--way faster overall and you can get some steps in.
