Slow for walk in, quick for drive in. You have to use the kiosk now... They sent the wrong order with someone, who left with it... They came back with it, and after a brief inspection, they tried to give the order to the correct person. The same order. Nah thanks
*Update, a year later, online order, they lost it even though the app said it was successful, and they couldn't refund the money. So they told me I had to re-order it, and pay again. No thanks. I drove home, and get a notification that my order was ready. Called to verify, and they said it was picked up already... Brief discussion, and it was all worked out, or so I thought. I headed back to Taco Bell. When I got there, I waited at the order counter for 20 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. I told them the story, and they said they would start re making the order now. I waited another 20 min, and the order was incorrect... But I gave up and left.
My 2 cents, feel free to tune out. I don't blame the workers, I blame the management 100%. They are way understaffed. Pay the kids more, and more will want to work there. The days of paying minimum wage is over especially when the working conditions...
   Read moreCame in last night. Guy working cash/window was absolutely a mess. I was ordering on drive through 4 large fries and 4 extra side of cheese sauce- he said âyouâre really making us work tonight arenât youâ and then I continued my order. I had just gotten off from work and I have 5 people to feed at home. He gave me the wrong order, when I came in he snatched it from my hand and shoved it into the right customers hands.
My nephew had wanted a volcano taco and I had forgotten to order it, I am a paying customer and so I had asked for it his response âno such thingâ
As I was trying to order a different item I also wanted a soda but he walked off before I could even finish my order.
When I finally was able to ask for my soda he was very unhappy and huffed and raised his eyebrows and said yea anything else in a rude tone.
I also work in fast food and I know itâs not that bad to where youâre allowed to treat a PAYING customer that way. Even if youâre having a bad night.
When I went home I had missing items and a poorly made and uncut...

Due to the Covid-19 a lot has changed. Husband was happy to see that he could dine in because the way they had it set up. After they cashier Brianna took his order and gave him his food, he proceeded to sit down as, other people did. He was then told they he couldnât dine in. So he got up to go get a free refill before he left. When he went to the counter to get a replacement cup he was told he had to pay. He then asked for the manager. I guess Brianna had forgot that she took his order and his cup was free. As he proceeded to leave he noticed people were still dining w, and the table of white construction workers were laughing at him. He left without any problems. It just sad.
