Teriyaki To Go — Restaurant in Folsom

I came here and ordered two noodle bowls one i was taking to my man at work and the other one was my food for work! When i was finally able to sit down and eat mine i noticed i was given chicken and not the beef i ordered. Shortly after that my man gets ahold of me and said that he was given noodles instead of rice. So today i call the restaurant to inform them that they messed up both orders. They guy speaks and understand very little English so after me having to explain serval times how both idems were messed up he agrees to remake my food. Then when i go into pick up the remake he proceeds to call me a lier and say there is no was he messed up my food. (He said he could have messed up and done noodles instead of rice but that he would have never made the mistake to do chicken instead of beef). Very disrespectful! And very demeaning! Will never be going to this location again. I am a honest hard working manager in the food industry and definitely don't appreciate being called a lier! Horrible...

The restaurant is small but has some tables inside. The menu was simple: choose your protein and choose between plate/bowl/noodle. We ordered and paid at the cashier and the same guy cooked our food.

Chicken plate: chicken was tender & cooked perfectly but it was bland. The teriyaki sauce slathered on top was the flavoring for the protein. The portion was good regarding the price. The salad tasted fresh but the dressing was too much. Beef bowl: the thinly sliced beef had a nice char but again, the meat was kinda bland. It seems like they put the teriyaki sauce to flavor the meat. They gave quite a big portion of rice underneath.

I really wanted to like this place especially because of the good reviews but my meal was horrible. I ordered the teriyaki noodle plate. I get that at other places but this place had the Noodles drowning in a sauce which I guess was teriyaki. Most of the time its cooked with it but its like they put the noodles in the bowl then poured 5 cups of sauce not to mention very skimpy on the chicken. Then I ask for Siracha sauce and I put my hand out to grab the bottle and he drenches my food with a ton more of sauce, why can't you hand the customer the bottle like everyone else?? I will try to give them another chance but my 1st experience was awful not to mention I left my food...
