Manager stealing from customers. Read update below!
Update: 1 year later. Decided to try them again for the 1 cent burger they were doing for national burger day. I sat in the parking lot for 5+ minutes and the app would not work. (I'm guessing a lot of people were using it today) So I just went through the drive thru to place my order and was told that the deal was only available in the app and they would not honor it. Do they not realize that technology does not work all the time? I went ahead and got a burger and large drink, which was advertised at $1 (on a sign right next to my car). The total sounded like a lot so I asked why and they said the drink was full price because I had ordered "a large dr. pepper" not "a $1 large dr. pepper". When I clarified that I have to tell them their own deals to get that advertised price I was told "that's how we make money. The manager said we have to do that." I love that the employee was honest and told me it was greed from the top, it was not a mistake on their part. So if you go here make sure to always check your receipt. They are actively stealing from customers.

Sandwiches are way too expensive. I only get them with a deal on the app. Sandwiches taste as good as can be expected with fast food and have hardly any sauce on them, fries are ok, frosties at this location are awful. Twice I have ordered a chocolate one and they put vanilla under the chocolate. Plus somehow the taste is just not good.
Also, when I was there a couple days ago my mobile order was taking a while to show up. The young man working the window was getting pretty anxious and didn't know what to do because the manager was not there. When she came back the order had finally popped up and she promptly started yelling at and cussing at the guy. He kept apologizing to me even though he did nothing wrong and I told him so. He was visibly shaken by being torn apart by the person that is supposed to teach him how to do this job. I will not be supporting this business if that is how they are going to allow their employees...
Read moreI am updating my review to something more stellar than five stars!!! Because I had two custom sandwiches made that the Wendy's at northtown Lane in Reno Nevada and they came across the mountain and when I arrived I went to eat my sandwiches and they were crap. The North Reno Wendy's completely failed and these crispy chicken sandwiches had absolutely nothing in them not even the pickles are supposed to come with. I was already at my wit's end and very unhappy with that day and then to find out that my dinner was not going to be enjoyed, set me off. I drove like a banshee, scaring everyone around me until I made it to the Wendy's here. I explained my situation and they were nice enough to rebuild the order correctly as it was on my receipt. And I would consider this going at least above and beyond for a fast food place from what I'm used to getting around Reno.
But unfortunately due to the circumstances Wendy's has lost my business. I'm back in Reno at the same horrible Wendy's and have explained my situation and they didn't eff it up too bad so I didn't have to throw the sandwich at them as I had planned!!!
I'm only here to burn out the last of my offers/deals and get my birthday frosty!!
My junior Frosty keychain which is the third one I've owned in a row Will be giving away as its services are no longer required!!!
I love you Folsom Wendy's, but I'm sorry! Mostly I'm sorry that your prices aren't like Reno!!!! To charge like $3.60 for a sandwich that Reno charges a $1.49 for, and then you're charging for the extra tomato slice. This makes a burger that I usually get for a $1.49, $4!!!!! I typically buy two of these and it cost me maybe $3.60, and that includes tomatoes!!!!! (California my deals aren't deals...
Read moreMade my last visit to Wendy's today. Never again. $8.18 for a grilled chicken sandwich. Yeah, just the sandwich. Couldn't back out of the drive through, being stuck behind four other cars with two behind me, so decided to go through with the purchase but then sat stuck for 18 minutes for whatever reason. It got worse from there. Thought about saying something about the price to the window cashier but it's not her fault, so I figured I'd just use the info on the receipt to do the survey, but when I parked in the parking lot and checked the bag ... no receipt. Opened the sandwich, took a bite, and tasted burnt bread. Pulled it apart to find the bun burnt pitch black (photo attached). Yes, believe it. $8 for that. At this point, with no receipt, I decided to go inside. I backed up and headed back, entered the parking lot, and got stuck behind the drive-through line which was blocking the one-way entrance. Frustration maxed out and having already wasted too much time, I gave up and drove away. The amount charged for such a basic small sandwich is pathetic enough, but I'm not sure how a place can get virtually every single thing wrong on such a...
