This place is filthy, second time i’ve ordered here expecting a change in environment, and food quality.
There was trash all over the tables, food flung across every surface of this place…
Not only did I place my order in advance 03:50pm, and show up twenty minutes after they told me to arrive; food was not done for an hour and some change.
I proceeded to wait and make the most of my time and watch tv, but I couldn’t hear over the loud arguing between one of their employees John, and a fellow local doordasher; The employee proceeded to be astronomically witty and rude towards this middle eastern doordasher asking if he could just use a translator instead of trying to talk to him in a kind manor.
As I stood up to goto the counter they ignored me, and I watched every each individual employee do a task without washing their hands between.
Just imagine the possibilities, between handling trash and disposing of it and touching people’s wings and fries. And not only that but people using their cellphone without gloves on them proceeding to handle food, with no sanitization between.

Read moreI spent a total of $36.22 (including delivery and fees) on a 20-piece wing combo with fries. I also added seasoned fries to my order and specifically ordered this much because your app clearly promoted a free 10-piece wings deal for orders over $25.
However, when my order arrived, I did not receive the additional seasoned fries I paid for, and more importantly, the free 10 wings that were promised as part of the promotion were completely missing. I contacted Uber Eats support, but they refused to refund anything, claiming the 10 wings were “free,” and therefore not eligible for a refund.
The only reason I spent that much was to take advantage of the deal you advertised. To then not include the promotion, and leave the customer with no recourse, feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. It’s not just disappointing—it feels like a scam.
I would like this issue to be resolved properly with either a refund for the missing items or a credit toward a future order. This kind of oversight and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a company that prides itself on quality...

You'll show up on time to pick up your food and you'll still have to wait an hour for your order, despite ordering hours ahead online.They seem to prioritize doordash orders because drivers were coming in and out and getting orders first fresh, while regular takeout just filled the entire restaurant waiting. You have to order for pickup at least 2 hours early so it'll be ready when you show up. Order so it's ready at 4, but it'll be actually be ready at 6, which is when you show up to pick your order up, they'll just be finishing it. That's how it goes. Or order on doordash and pay $15 extra for the same order but you get it right away.
If not, you'll be there for over an hour or more waiting.
They also aren't putting enough sauce on the wings so they're almost plain. Free survey fries coupons don't work either, so don't do their feedback survey. They want the feedback but lie to you and don't give you what...
