The older female manager working at this location at about 8:41 p.m. on June 27th 2019 was extremely rude. At the menu after placing my order I waited 10 minutes before we moved. I'm assuming they had an upset customer so I left it at that. I finally made it to the window after a complete 18 minutes waiting and asked the manager why none of our orders were ready (since we waited well over 15 minutes in a Drive-Thru that we should be driving through). I proceeded to mention that I come here on my lunch break all the time and it is kind of frustrating to see that this has been the routine lately at night at this location. Causing me to be late back to work from my lunch break and my car to overheat from idling for so long. The manager on shift told me basically oh well and why do I keep coming back then. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience she was extremely rude and had me so shooken up by her reaction I couldn't eat my food that I paid for from you guys. I'm not sure what attitudes she had to deal with before dealing with me but she should be a little more professional with her title. Being in that field she does know that customers will get upset when they wait longer periods of time than they should have to so with that being said she should handle those situations better. I do not believe that the manager set a good example in front of her employees/team let alone handling this situation. Managers should try to satisfy a customer instead of upsetting them more. The food wasn't wrapped well or presented well. Funny part about that is that the manager is the one that served it to me herself. That's all besides the point though. That manager had an attitude of a teenager and did not come off as a a good representation of the company. Check out...
Read moreI can't believe I'm doing this but I have to be fair. I'm not comparing it to authentic food restaurants but for what they offer. Years ago I would frequent these places because they were convenient and consistent with what they offered. When they changed their meat and then started putting combinations of ingredients that just didn't make any sense to me I just stopped going there. Too many other options to choose from. Anyway, you get the picture. So I went to purchase some pork ribs somewhere else but they wouldn't be ready for awhile. I had to figure something else out. I just happened to pass by a Taco Bell and remembered I had a couple of cards I had purchased years ago in my wallet so I decided to stop. I have to say I was surprised. I was nicely greeted, they were patient while I looked at this new menu, and was quickly served. A little too quick I thought, just to find out I had miscommunicated what I wanted. The manager noticed me quickly and told him what happened. He didn't blink an eye. He asked what I was missing and completed the order I actually intended to have. I tried a couple of things but what caught my eye the most is how well the Taco was made. It was the way they should always be made. I told the manager this and compared it the way I would get them when ordered a 10 pack. They would line them up, grab some lettuce and tried the fill all the tacos this way. The same with the cheese. They would never come out right and I was never happy. Eventually, I went somewhere else. I told the manager if they were all made the way he made mine this time I just might bring my nephews and nieces once in awhile. Let's see what happens. By the way, the most impressive thing was how the manager handled the...
Read moreI miss being able to sit in a restaurant with my friends without believing that other people were walking biohazards out to get me.
Seriously, what is up with the welfare bums running these businesses into the ground and insisting that it's the homeless people's fault?
Anybody else who's addictions (to money and bigger numbers and debt) were killing millions on the daily and worsening the world for everyone and everything would have had an intervention by now, but instead, all over the world we decide to sacrifice our futures to you even our children, just to see you discard them like candy wrappers. This isn't just Taco Bell, this is for all chains that treat their positions like high school summer jobs. People should be able to afford more than the free meal they get from working for you.
Jobs by their very rhetoric are supposed to supply for the labor and efforts expected by the employer, and the majority of them are economically sorted like chores. The people managing the politicians need their meds and to go to an old folks home considering how effective they've been at scarring people with manufactured lack.
I love Taco Bell employees, especially the gals, but man, if it weren't solely for service I get from them, the rewards app, and the tasty and somewhat nutritious food, I would stop eating there.
We need better policy decisions. Especially for the Midwestern folk. They get screwed hardest by this.
The vegetarian options are nice, but...
