I've been going to this Wendy's location for years. In fact, I was excited to hear of their breakfast offerings... however, after several recent visits I noticed my experiences with service have been going downhill.
First awful experience: I arrived at the drivethru at 6:30am (when the restaurant opens). I pulled up to the pick up window and pay for my order. The employee immediately asks me to move forward and park and wait for my order. I asked for the estimated wait time and she told me 10 mins (keep in mind I was the first customer of the day). I told her I couldn't wait that long since I have to be at work and I asked for a refund. She told me she couldn't give me a refund. I waited until a manager could help me get a refund and was informed no manager is available at the time. Another customer approached my car and said the employees are telling other customers I'm holding up the line (unprofessional Wendys! - trying to have other customers try to intimidate me). I waited approx 20 mins for assistance and finally obtained my order. Obviously, I didn't eat it.
I let corporate know and the GM offered me 2 free combos on my next visit.
Second awful experience: I finally got around to taking the offer (3 days later), I noticed a long line but proceeded to wait. When I pulled up to the intercom, I was informed only cash was accepted (I wanted to add items to the GM's offer). I mentioned the GM's offer and there was confusion. Unfortunately I was met with criticism as I approached the pickup window. The employee reached out to a lead by the name of Desiree. I mentioned to her my previous experience and GM's offer. She seemed reluctant to honor the offer and even said I was being "extra" for recording my experience. I could see them finally working on my order despite placing the order on the intercom.
My 12 year old son commented to be careful with the food because they may have spit on it. That is the same concern I had with the breakfast order and never ate it (it's still sitting in the fridge at work). I threw the food away and went elsewhere today.
So far, Wendy's has taken my money and most valuable, my time.

Read more2/19/2022 This Wendy's was TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE COLD FOOD. The order taker/cashier arguing with me over the price of a baked potato which was clearly posted by call box. The order taker/cashier didn't get a manager after being asked like 3/4 times. Moving up to the pick up window, started off good but quickly turned BAD. All the workers are talking to me about what happened, I begin to explain what happened while checking my food. The order taker/cashier pushes by the manager and begins arguing with me again. The order taker/cashier, slammed the window closed while I was talking to the manager. I then look pass her and ask the manager are you the manager???? This manager had ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL OVER THOSE WORKERS. This manager begin to argue with me telling me don't give her attitude. How unprofessional this whole situation was from the manager to the workers. However there was one worker name NORMA and she tried to make things right, she was respectful and helpful....I appreciate that 100%. Read moreAfter a shift at food service which is understandably frustrating (since I work at food service too) you just want something quick and easy even if it isn’t something amazing or healthy you can atleast expect some decent service even just something simple but instead at this Wendy’s you have to deal with the rudest most obnoxious manager (I’m assuming) ever. After every thing you order you get hit with “WILL THAT CONCLUDE YOUR ORDER” and you sit there so confused wondering if you told her your order is complete which is there a 80 percent chance of your order not being complete. I wonder if this Lady has been taught any manners or how she even got to be a manager? Second (technically the first time I met this lady) after paying with my card she forgot to hand it back to me. I drive away and realize and swoop back. She puts my card out sticking out her hand through the drivers window I grab it no “sorry” or anything just a mad dog face staring at me like I’m the idiot who forgot to get his card back.
