Cook Out — Restaurant in Forest City

This is only my 3rd time here in a yr. I ordered a tray w 2 Quesedillas, fried Okra and Hushpuppies w Moca Shake.

I go to park and my shake wasn't mixed well. I open the Quesedilla foil and go to eat one and notice it's very thin!! I open it up and there's 3 TINY little pics of chicken spread out. I open the other one and there ONE tiny spot of chicken!!!

I go back to window in my car. Get the same black girl who waited on me. Told her and showed her my issue. She said I'll have then remake it. I said ok in meantime can you throw these away? Oh no she says!! I ain't touching that and that's NOT coming back thru this window!! I said I'm not keeping them in here all night (I'm door dashing). She said I don't CARE what you do w them. And she also said she was ready to have them redo them before I balled them all up back into the foil! WHATS THE BIG DEAL OF DOING THAT??? OMG!!! She acted as if they had roaches in them or something!!!! Had a VERY BAD attitude for customer service!!!!

So I waited and the other black girl who may have been in charge of her, I don't know, handed me the bag. I go to pull into a spot, open the foil up and there's a lot of chicken but only ONE quesedillas!!!! I'm not about to go back through all of that BS again!!!

Last time I stop here! What a mess!...

*Edited to add one more star as of 2/23! Everything was perfect at our last visit. The food was fresh and plentiful. Fingers crossed they stay this consistent!

This was our second time visiting this restaurant since it's opened. Both times they missed part of our order.

This time a cheeseburger was missing. We told the young girl at the window that it was missing and we were told to give our entire order back. I don't think I've ever had this happen at a restaurant before lol. The cooks in the kitchen wanted to look in our bag.

They eventually managed to make another cheeseburger and throw it in our bag without fully wrapping it. Our entire order was given back to us. Needless to say I was a bit skeptical about eating the food after they gave it back to us.

Never get the double cheeseburgers as those patties are tiny burnt beef cookies. It's really one of the worst things I've ever eaten or seen. For some reason the single patties are larger and juicier.

We will not be returning to this establishment as they've made too many mistakes in the past. The cooks in the kitchen seem to be a bit...

Forest city: For some reason, there is ALWAYS something wrong when we order a GRILLED Chicken Sandwich Homemade style. Today was the fourth time in a row that we get the wrong sandwich. First off, it’s fried chicken tenders, not a grilled breast. Second it’s got spicy sauce on it, it also has lettuce and tomato. I even listed what comes on homemade style to the order taker and they still got it wrong. Grilled Chicken sandwich homemade style, pickles, onions, slaw, cheese. Review your menu with your team. EDIT: 7/9/24 I’ve order 10 or more times. Homemade style on the menu is pickles, slaw, cheese, onion. (Still don’t know their own menu) It’s NEVER right. I believe in giving a business a chance but this is insane. It’s clear I’ll continue to get the same result. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
