Bojangles — Restaurant in Forest City

my partner and i came to this location around 9:15pm to order dinner after working all day. we ordered on the app and selected carry-out, but as soon as we pulled into the lot the two young girls working locked the doors in front of us. we pulled through the drive thru and sat at the window for about 5 minutes before being asked to pull up to the door and wait for our food there as a line was forming behind us and our food wasn't ready yet. every single item (BBQ sandwich, chicken sandwich, fries, mac n cheese, and a peach cobbler) we received was stone cold, and our fries weren't even seasoned, they gave us a cup with loose seasoning. after we got home to heat everything up, i unwrapped my BBQ sandwich which was smashed flat, and drowned in so much BBQ sauce that the bun was covered all over the top and soaked through so badly that i was unable to eat it. normally this location is decent and i do really enjoy bojangles, but i don't think i will be coming back anytime soon as the food, service, and overall experience was...

DO NOT WORK HERE. The STORE manager Dennis treats his employees like trash. Don’t believe me? Look at his other “manager” reviews. It’s sad corporate let’s this happen for so long. Poor employees. My sisters ex worked there, then years later someone else I was close too worked there as well recently. He made the SICK employee wait out in the cold for his ride, he accused him of things he didn’t do, fired him with no proof and refused to speak to him about it. Regardless of the fact he was there every shift except one (SICK GETTING COVID TEST AS ASKED TOO) , there on time if not early. Other places all around are hiring for the same if not more, and you won’t get treated terrible for a literal fast food job. I am baffled at the amount of people who i know who have had issues with the store manager. This is literally why they’re desperate. Stay away. My mom called about her putting a application in to work there and he kept repeating the same thing over and over 10 times talking bout I don't think u can do this job u sure u can do this job its very strainuous job pretty much he was discriminating my mom and acting like he didn't want to hire her and then he was comparing her to a old employee that only worked one day I did not like how he was treating my mom especially him being a manager he shouldn't treat people that's trying to get a job like that but it's ok cause I'm also calling corporate and labor board Monday discrimination is a lawsuit and no one looking for a job should have to deal with a manager that discriminates people and judge them based on old employees I'm not very happy me and my mom has been in fast food for a while and has been managers for a while in fast food also we know how to run a store he does not cause how he talked to us and treated us that's not how a manager should...
