Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Forest City

Ugh can’t believe I’m doing this but I have to out of principal. Yesterday at 5:30pm I got 3 shakes for myself and family. they charged me for “extra cherries” 3x and that was about $5. However they didn’t give me any. So I wasted $5

Today I went t back at the same time (when I get off work) and got another 3 shakes and the guy running the window was very disrespectful to me and made me feel like an idiot. I told him I would leave to get the wording of my order right and come back when I did. (I was calling my order a milkshake instead of a sonic blast and master shake. so he was telling me “sorry we don’t have that” or “sorry no shakes come with recess because recess don’t fit through a straw”) I got the correct names for the sonic blasts and master shakes and got one with extra cherries x2. When I got my order there was no cherries… I told the guy in the window and he told me “sorry cherries don’t come on sonic blasts” I told him I paid him 2x for cherries so he put some in a cup for me. When I got home the cup had 5 cherries in it. $4 for 5 cherries…. Also instead of a master shake for my wife he made her a plain peanut butter shake…. I’m done with sonic for awhile and that kid needs...

Ordered two shakes and a #7 meal. They changed the shake sizes and I was not aware, also asked for chili mustard onion no cheese but it had cheese on it so I asked for a manager and a young lady named Victoria came out and explained the change and fixed my hotdog. It seemed pretty busy at the time but She still made time to come out and didn’t make us feel rushed she was super friendly and helpful which they haven’t had a nice manager on duty in a long time so it was refreshing to know they have someone in charge like her. The morning manager is not pleasant to deal with it seems to be a real young lady with a Attitude so I will only come at night from now since it seems to be when the manager Victoria is on duty. Service is quicker and more pleasant at night compared to morning service. My carhop was very nice and quick as well and my order was delicious!! I stopped coming around a year ago but gave it a chance again this last week so after my recent trip and encounter with Victoria i will be coming back more but only at night!! All three of my kids meals I ordered I was charged for medium Cokes when I got to the window I asked the gentleman if he was out of small cups he told me no and I said well then why did you charge me 90 Cent for three different drinks for a medium when it's for a kid's meal I don't want them to have that much soda he Shrugged his shoulders and says I don't know so I overpaid a dollar for each kid meal that I got none of my kids meals had their toys in it all of my food was almost room temperature none of it was hot I ordered a large sweet tea I even upgraded it to a large with my meal that was for myself and it tastes like ice water there is no tea taste there's no sugar taste it just tastes like water my other tea that I ordered taste the same way and all of the four Cokes that I got all taste flat like they had just been sitting there I paid $61.67 to feed my family after school for way less than mediocre food I am highly disappointed I plan to call the store manager because this is unacceptable now I remember why I don't eat at Sonic Reached out to the phone number on the receipt to do survey spent 15 mins talking via text to the number for a im...
