Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Forest City

UPADATE--- OCT 4 NO RETURN CALL FROM CORPORATE.

I called in an ordered and went to pick it up was in and out pretty fast. Got home and checked my pizzas and they were wrong. I called up there and was told to call back in 15minutes from the mgr Nichole because they were busy. I called back and she got on the phone to tell me they were busy and could she call me back. By this point I'm getting frustrated and told her not to worry about. I called back and asked for corporates number was told she didn't know it so I told her to ask the mgr who also said she didn't know it. While still in the middle of talking they hung up on me. So I drove back there 20 minutes away. I walked in and asked if they were ready to talk to me yet and I sat down until the mgr was ready. While waiting I see the mgr talking to the other workers and they all looked at me and started laughing. Then she the mgr came up and finally talked to me. I told her what the problem was and how it shouldn't have come to me having to come back and I shouldn't have been given the run around or hung up on. She tried to say the girl lost connection. Lol. She gave me a refund, replaced my pizza and gave me a free 2 liter. Then asked if I still wanted corporates number (but you told me you didn't know it) hmmmm. I told her yes but if not it's ok because she just gave the number to my daughter on the phone. She said she didn't give it to anyone on the phone just now but my daughter was on the phone w her when I walked in and she was still on the phone with her while I was in there waiting the first couple minutes. Smh. So bad service, immature employees, terrible customer service and lies. Corporate has been called and VM left so we will see. Won't be returning back to the forest city location now that ik the one in...

I come here occasionally for a quick bite, but unfortunately the last few times I've visited it's been very slow. I ordered a hot and ready cheese pizza and cheese bread sticks and was told there would be a five minute wait - I waited 35 minutes before my order was 'ready' and when I drove thru to pick it up it was cold. That was disappointing considering the wait. Otherwise, it's great for a cheap dinner.

Edit: thought I'd give it another chance, but drove thru and ordered another pizza and bread sticks - and was told it would be 10-15 mins and given a buzzer to let me know when to drive back around. I waited 30 mins and it never buzzed so I drove around again. The cashier gave me the pizza when I asked this time, but it apparently had been sitting there so long the bottom of the box had gotten soggy and pizza was cold. I then had to ask for the bread sticks, and then ask for the sauce that I ordered because she forgot that I asked for it. I parked beside the lobby door so I don't understand why she couldn't have just come tell me when the pizza was done if the buzzer wasn't working.. but I think she must have forgot to buzz it. I was also the only car there, so it's kind of ridiculous that I couldn't have gotten...

I was attended by this older black lady. I was with my husband and she addressed me after I walked up and placed my order first, but then completely ignored me and asked my husband all the questions about sauce, drinks, and payment. A bit rude but not a big deal. I payed because my husband could not, and I’m short on money too, and honestly got a bad impression of her so no tip. We were sitting for 20-30 minutes waiting for our food in clear sight, in front of her inside the store. We watched our order get placed on the rack and not be handed to us. We watched 3 groups of customers come in and get food. We assumed something just wasn’t ready, but then the woman left and a teenager or young adult took her spot while she went to the kitchen. I walked up to the counter and the woman gave me my food. I’m so confused. If she did this because I didn’t tip, I am sorry but tips aren’t required. We didn’t badmouth her, didn’t give her mean looks, she was just rude for no reason. When we got in the car my husband even suggested she was racist against Mexicans because why else would she make us wait so long for food we paid for when she knew it was ready and we were sitting right in...
